Well I think it was Heypartner that gave the stat of everyone in the NBA are 30% of b2b away games.

So this was tough. A frustrating loss because the win was right there. I mean yeah everyone is going to take back all the good things they said last night, that's usually what goes on here. People panicked all throughout last season too.

Still, they are right there in the battle for the 4th seed as of now.

 

you think mark jackson is horrible but bickerstaff is good

 

Had Capela and Howard on a few rolls to the rim if they drove in the 4th but they kept kicking it out for a 3.

Blaming Howard for not setting screens? He actually was but it was on the side for the skip pass which is obviously predicated on Harden beating his man off the iso dribble

It had to be what JB wanted to run, cause he did nothing to change it

 

Every team played with us will catch fire.

 

We should stop with the "we play as good as our opponent is" mindset. We just suck, it just happened to play against the spurs, clippers and okc good. The next few weeks we are going to lose against the good opponents and we are going to fight whole season for 7th or 8th seed and lose in first round.

Sad, because this team is so deep and we have top 5 team on paper, but they just suck. Hopefully they will get better in May but I am afraid that we are going to lose in the first round.

 

i'm not even worried about a loss here and there, the Pelicans have beaten the Spurs at home, so it isn't a big deal that we lost

We are going to make the Playoffs and i will say, the Pelicans will as well

 

How can we get rid of JB asap?

 

Didn't like JBB closing out the game with Lawson, Thornton, Harden lineup. Its not wonder they scored so easily. Thornton / Lawson should only be in the game too create offense when Harden is on the bench.

 

I am not bothered by the loss. I am bothered by THE WAY WE LOST! Have you seen the game?!

If Le$ is smart, you should not keep McHale's assistant coach.

 

The Pelicans will have to go on a big win streak to make it. The Rockets take every bad team lightly. This is a ongoing issue we've had for years now.

 

Stop making excuses. I hope you realize the prevailing theme as to why teams catch fire against us is our **** defense.

 

He should have never gone small. People blaming Harden iso but I am sure that's the play JB wanted to run. He put in Ariza to create space for Harden. This loss is on JB 100%.

 

i'm not saying Bickerstaff is good, he has been in the job 5 minutes and people want him gone.

he is only an interim coach anyway and most likely won't get the job next year.

the way some people carry on in here, we would end up with 82 different coaches because someone always wants the coach fired after each game

 

If Dmo and Thronton got the minutes they deserve, this game would've been a blowout!

 

The goal is not making the playoffs. The damn goal is win a championship. Oh and I should feel better since the Spurs lost to the Pelicans . Right

 

JB has a winning record too but lets get rid of him

not really because the 8th seed isn't far away at all this season. Utah at 12-15, Pelicans at 10-20, 38 wins might get it

Pelicans were 1-11, 9-9 now in the past 18 and starting to get it going

Just depends if they can stay healthy
