Who the hell knows any more which team shows up?

This season has been crazy. Lose to the Washington Generals...beat the San Antonio Spurs.

This team seems to show up when it wants to show up. Then, it takes nights off to lose to subpar teams they should beat.

 

This is what mediocre teams do. They occasionally beat good teams.

The Steve Francis Rockets did this.

 

This is definately a loss. You know this team doesn't play hard back to back games, specially if it's a sucky team. Harden likes to keep it competitive by not playing defense. Waiting for that vine to pop up

 

They need to start playing Dmo more. He is easy money in the post.

Most inconsistent team in the game

 

Like many have pointed out if he plays with effort it is contagious. The guys follow JH lead and rightfully so he's not only our best player but one of the top 5 guys in the league when he's playing with effort.

What he did yesterday in a though game against a great opponents was amazing he stepped his game up even with the bad shooting made great plays for his guys and was commited to the defense.

I'll take 25/7/5 over 29/7/6 if it's this kind of effort on the defensive end every night.

This team needs to become the best Defensive team in the league and the scary thing is. It's very realistic just all starts with JH.

 

I have been saying that all year, we are better when he does less on offense and more on defense.

last night's win was a good surprise and a great way to start a tough stretch of our schedule. the defense was great. easily best game overall for the yr.

i am holding my breath to see if they can keep it coming on a consistent basis - starting from tonight.

I don't think its a fluke really. They have held 4/5 teams under 100 points. I think it's a decent sample size to show they are being a little more consistent on an every game basis.

9-4 in December not bad. hopfully they can finish it off with a strong end of the month and go 2-1 in these last 3 games.

I think tonight and Atlanta should be very winnable games with GSW clearly the favorites. If we play the way we did againts SA then I think we can give GsW a run for their money.

JH has consistently carved there defense up the last 3 years I think the trend can continue.

 

WIN. Pelicans are in a losing funk, there is no end for them. Once you are in a losing streak, it is hard to shake it off. Rockets will cakewalk this game.
