To be fair I posted that when we were down and had just given up two free cuts to the basket. Certainly been good since, although a pretty average lineup out there for Peli's.

I've seen a lot of good and a lot of bad so far on the defensive end this morning. At times it has looked like they're running a zone.

 

Also, does anyone notice just a huge chemistry leap? It's little things, like a nice pass and shot, the entire bench is standing.

I don't know what MDA did... but these guys seem to genuinely enjoy playing the game together.

Love the effort, Gordon can defend and create! Prigioni much better than Terry...Nene and Harden nice passing too. Harrell fts and Dekker looking good as well.

Good team defenses communicate, move, and react together. I haven't seen us with this togetherness on defense in many seasons.

Dekker looks good in this offense. Moves well without the ball and has good handles. I like his improvement, glad he's healthy now.

Please don't play into that ESPN story. This team has made it a point to develop chemistry earlier in the offseason than in years previous.

 

This was seen in the very first pre season game.

 

Shows how much Dwert killed the offense, not getting bogged down with a limited offensive player. Add to that the fact that he is done as a defensive force we have certainly improved by him moving on. Nene a bargain.

 

Remember guys, this time last year, we were saying, "it's just preseason" because Rockets were playing like assholes. It feels different this year. I'm glad.

It is still preseason though.

 

This. There may have been an issue with Howard and very well could have been an issue, but that shouldn't bring an entire team down and just be zombies. You still should act like a professional.

This team just looks completely different attitude wise, from the very first pre season game. Team effort to come together this off season.
