    Yeah I agree. Don't get me wrong. I love the impact Smith has had on our team. His presence on defense, the transition, and his ability to pass from the post has been amazing for us. Especially in Dwight's absence.

    I know that McHale likes for Smith to make 250 3's before and after practice or something like that, which is really great for his confidence and for his ability. But I'd like for him to get a little better at finishing at the rim. His athleticism and basketball IQ gets him to the rim, but he needs to be able to finish when he gets there.
