At least Yao didn't pick up his 4th foul until his usual substitution time, but he needs more touches!

Sura is threatening a triple double again.

Well, I guess Yao was there to collect fouls for his teammates, rather than passes from them.

Well, you do have to realize that their entire initial defensive scheme (at the start of halves) is to stop Yao.

In the past, that may have worked... but now, we're just running such a machine of an offense that it doesn't seem to phase us.

We all need Yao scoring big in the long-run... but you have to realize that just his mere presence out there (even if he isn't getting the ball) is helping the team.

Sure they're playing great, but it is a pattern. Yao starts out with a lot of touches and points, then he doesn't get the ball in the 2nd and 3rd.

He'll make up his points in the 4th.

    like NICK said.

It's because the Pacer's defense is set up to STOP yao. Yao had it all in the first.

Now the D is set up to stop him. That's why the other Rockets are stepping it up now.

    Winning is a pattern too.

And, Yao is invovled in the offensive explosion... by just being out there, he gives everybody else wide open looks.... and we're hitting them.

when other players can hit, it's good for team. and when they pay more attention to them then yao's turn. we are the team now.

i'm afraid they will becasue it's Yao's fault he doesn't get the ball. i wish Yao could go public and pull shaq's if you dont feed the dog he won't guard the house.

I wonder how long it will still take for Tmac to prematurelly claim "man it feels good to be a west conference title contender".

Well said. To be fair though, you should also speak out to defend Yao when some idiots (who don't watch the games) complain about his performance by citing his statistics.
