    Again, the difference is every single performance is judged on an individual basis. If you stink it up in one or two games in the NBA and run off 5 or 6 straight wins then it's forgotten. A good comparison for the example you used is for the playoffs or in a must win situation for your playoff life (like Denver) when every game counts and one screw up can effect you. Nobody remembers the Rockets playing like crap against other teams throughout the year.

    Yes Im watching the game so calm your ass down. IF we win the game we're third seed and have more chance of facing phoenix than Utah.

    Phoenix is good on both road and home. Utah sucks completely on road.

    maybe SAS wants to tank too, so they face Utah instead of Shaq+AS...then Houston must tank this one to get ourselves back on 5th to play Utah...

    if we win tonight and SAS tanking before us, then we'll end up at 3rd seed playing suns...so we HAVE to start tanking! This must be it!

    You said against Phoenix at home. :rolleyes: If you meant at Phoenix just say at Phoenix. I assumed you meant the game Houston lost to them at home since you said against Phoenix AT HOME.

    Yeah, if we had won tonight and against the Clips but lost to Utah, we would still have home court. Now, tomorrow nights game has HCA implications. It's going to pretty much be an early playoff game. We NEED to win tomorrow.
