That's BS. It just depends which Rockets team shows up in postseason. Rockets are top 3 in the West and that's not smoke and mirrors. Harden, new D mentality and arguably the best bench in the NBA - I like our chances.

I hope you will be right, and I will be wrong. We are getting better, but I think we have a long way to go. Our PG spot is weak. James needs help in the backcourt.

I'm totally with you on this one. When we go against teams that really pressure the ball this issue becomes super obvious. Our ball movement completely dies because nobody can do more than a couple of steps and then have to pick up the ball or have it stolen. Prigs is our only reliable ball handler outside of Harden.

Bev can handle the ball but his ability to pass is very poor and when he is pressured he can't set up the offense. Prigs needs consistent minutes every game even if they are not a lot so that when he is needed he will be ready.

Dude. The guy had a double double off the bench while playing defense, ended up shooting 4-9 overall and dished 4 assists. He turned the ball over more often then his average and jacked up a few missed 3s but you can't expect EVERY shot to be a great set up shot. He shot 3 3s and you're complaining about him always jacking up threes when he doesn't do it that often but still brings hustle and pressure while fitting into our system

Ariza did well. His offensive approach was different, which he needs to be doing more often. He'd receive passes on the perimeter, and slash to the rim to make a play. This makes his game less predictable. Big plus. We need someone not named Harden that takes it to the basket.

Bring back Nick Johnson from the D-league and give him and KJ McDaniels some playing time. Both seem to have the knack and zeal to take it to the basket.

I know Jason Terry has a lot of experience, but I would prefer to see the potential of Nick Johnson realized more often. Remember his game clinching drive against Minnesota?

After the all star break, it seems the top western teams are less consistent. Given Rockets are 7-3 for past 10 games, including Memphis game which we could have won, I feel good for this team. We have been competing hard.
