    Denver currently might have a better team, but they've got to be kidding that Denver without Movgov, Afflalo and Nene can beat the Rockets. Rox aren't exactly NJ Nets.

    I find it almost ludicrous how good they are even without Wilson Chandler, JR Smith, AND Kenyon Martin.

    Hardly makes sense...

    There's my coach of the year candidate...

    I'm pretty sure the fact that Les refuses to rebuild through the draft is proof enough that he is a penny pinching owner. He wants to "rebuild without suffering losing seasons." Why? Because if the team is doing bad, it wont put fans in their seats. Les' stubbornness about the matter has caused us to replace coach Rick Adelman with Kevin McHale. Ew. But I think the jig is up. The fans know that this is all a fluke. We are a mediocre team. I think we are 29th in attendance this year. Even the GM is advising that we rebuild through the draft. And he isn't even willing to risk one bad shortened season to get a star in the deepest draft in years, one that could possibly make us better for a number of years to come. He needs to wake up and smell the coffee.

    A pattern. I think Les is our Jerry Jones in the sense that he thinks he is a sports guy because he owns the team (majority owner). Jerry Jones is no football genius and Les is no basketball genius. Enter Morey who is no doubt very bright but really a bean counting techie. Les had a basketball guy who threw money at the wrong targets. Now he wants to be more careful, but he got over attached to Yao. Guess why. The team is now in basketball purgatory and must break out. My guess is that Morey is not well liked or trusted by other GM's nor the league and, brace yourself, Houston we have a....no I can't do it. But anyway, the bottom-line is this, Les has had a long run and what is the result? Two championships is the wrong answer.
