But the question is how we play after TMac come back. Nobody knows, even RI, I believe. That is the problem we need to face.

Super I think your missing the point in that NJ would never trade Kidd for T-mac lol

The real big problem is that you can't rely on T-Mac to be motivated consistently. He is only motivated now and then, but never consistently. I don't think this is something you can fix. Looser mantality.

With his raw talent, he could have achieved much more.

if T-Mac were on the court tonight, the Rox would not even have OTs
if Luther keeps performing like this...
if Rox keeps playing a solid defense...

    a wonderful loss

lol @ using this game that we LOST as proof we are better without mcgrady...

    jesus christ.

anyway, people are talking about how the ball movement was better without t-mac in etc... but it was the same way when yao went out last year. all this means is its easier for role players step up and play harder when one of the the teams superstars goes out... they dont really even have a choice at that point. the question isnt anyone playing that well when t-mac and yao are together ? they relax too much and just look to tmac and yao to bring it home.

i think guys shot it with so much confidence tonight only because with t-mac out, playing against a playoff team they didnt feel they had anything to lose. if they lose, well they were expected to lose this game anyway. t-mac needs to drive more, but our role players need to step up and play the way they are capable on a consistent basis.

dont know if what i just said makes any sense...but im tired

Maybe my sarcasm meter is off. But where did I say I wanted an interior player to be the other play-maker?

I know. We get a reliable pg and clutch shooter in return. Its a very similar construct to that of the Spurs in Parker and Ginobli. If we can keep the rest of the players, and make minor tweaks here and there, I think we end up with a very good squad that is young and experienced.

Its not the first time that we've taken notice of such a trend. This game was a mere confirmation to what we have observed so far in the season.

    Yao 51+ minutes 6 ast only 2 T.O.

This is why Yao is a good passer but in the low post giving the ball to open shooters or player cutting to the lane, no in the high post, this should show Adelman where he need to play him more.

We shot WAYYYY too many threes. But great effort and Yao has been playing really well as of late.

I suspect we will see a lot more of the Low post play from Yao in the next few games with T-mac out of the lineup

Anyway, I am proud for all the player today, it is a team without Mr. 20M dollars.

This is what I wanna see, fight to the end! fight to the last second!

Bonzi, I love your steal, you are really a clever player!
Head, sometimes you need to trust youself, you are a good shooter.
Alston, and Brooks, calm down, share the ball!
Scola, you are also very clever, but some time you need be more aggressive
Yao, Grab more rebounds!be tough! be a leader! lead this team!
    Hayes,Keep fighting!
