Um I would have to give Nick a -50 for that post because like I said earlier if you see how we were able to keep it close, was taking it Inside, attacking the basket, moving the ball, did I forget taking it inside... T-mac would of started chucking those balls left and right with about 4 min left in the 4th qtr.. He is one of the worst FG% shooter superstars in the league.. And when I say FG% I'm not including the ones where he attacks the basket because guess what that is a HIGH FG% shot..

This team has been playing so lazy, no passion, no sense of pride and tonights game was a breath of fresh air.. Yes we lost but damn did you see the fire in the guys eyes tonight?

Their big guys all fouled out. So if Yao was out there, he would of had to guard one of their guards, which means it's pratically gifting them an open shot.

cant agree more that rocket needs tough game like today`s no matter victory or not, talk about determination, motivation and tough play...u got all those and still lost the game, poor babies just need a little cheering up,the way i saw this game,it`s not about Tmac`s absence,it`s about the team, the guys stepped up like a team, head`s more confident and rafer`s doing a good job,so as bangzi,it`s a franstrating lost but still a good game except there`s only team could survive

That's not the only option. It is a must that we find another play-maker through a trade. The sooner the team stops depending on Tracy as it's only play-maker the better.

You think the Nets would want Tmac to play along with his equally soft cousin?

I am not sure if I like the way Coach has used Yao. Sure he does not need to fight as much at the low post and thus can play a lot longer each game. But it just seems to me that Coach has not used what Yao is good at, which is to score at the low post most of the time.

What would that have accomplished? Atkins hit the shot in the previous Denver possession partly because Yao wasn't able to step out and contest. In that situation, you need a more mobile defender in the game. Bonzi screwed up by giving Carter an open look. I don't understand why defenders always jump up in the air like that.

Not a bad trade. But I am not sure the Mavs would give up them for Tmac.

Yes, we must depend on an inferior player as our only play-maker. That's the solution!

I thought we did a much better job tonight because we know that Yao is our sole focal point. Problems only arise when T-mac is out there and then we become hesitant. We got quite a few open shots tonight going into Yao first then swinging the ball around.

Can someone please tell me why Mike James was smiling after Carter hit the game-winning shot?

Look at the replay. James was happy when Carter hit that. It's like he was rooting for the other team.

I don't care about him joking around with Atkins after the game; they're buds and they go way back. They came into the league together and they've had their ups and downs.

But the guy was seriously smiling and laughing after Carter hit the game-winning shot, while Yao was shown about to cry.

Or, you get Tracy healthy and re-start his motor that we know he has in him to will this team to victory.

Doing that will get you a player far more valuable than anything you'd get in a trade.
