The only reason we didn't win without Tmac is because we don't have the talent. Tmac is a 20m player. A couple decent players for him would get us over the hump easily with this kind of effort.

    Toronto L (embarassing)
Philadelphia L (hideous; Yao calls the team soft after this)
Detriot W (predicted L and we deserved an L)
Dallas L (predicted L; terrible loss at home)
Orlando L (predicted L; like Detroit game, FTs and layups were horrible again)
Denver L (predicted L; tough loss, make FTs and we win; however, ...)
    =================================
    Chicago W
    Detroit L
Memphis W (thinking of changing this to a L because Gay will own us)
    Toronto L
    Golden State L
    Boston L
    Orlando L

the ball simply moves more and our offense flows smoother without t-mac.

luther, brooks and rafer all did some good things today.

bonzi had a very strong performance.

and most importantly, yao carried the team.

honestly, i wouldn't be opposed to trading t-mac for a quality player like joe johnson.

battier is a smart player and of course knew they had a foul to give.

had his back to the clock, probably thought there was only 2 seconds on the clock instead of 4 and thought he had a step on his D

cant fault battier too much... he did hit that big 3

The only way we can get sth worth back for Battier is JVG comes back as a coach and trade Battier to his team. Battier is his kind of guy.

Luther head and brooks both drove to the hole. They played hard and played together and ran their system + played good D.

The Rockets showed some heart tonight. Too bad Carter's prayer went in.

I hope that TMac takes notice...

The last block was a foul. the ball when up and the when the TV don't want to show the slow motion is because it was a foul. But anyway we lost but this gave me hope, that this team is not washout they still one of the best team in the NBA, now Adelman have to star playing this inside out game is more suite for his personal and he will still get some cuts to the baskets and layups, but Houston control the pace and run when he need to.

But the still need to improve the Ft shooting.

Wrong. When the ball is inbounded you count down the time in your head.

Right, only Bonzi did that. Head did too. But still, we need more.

So close to a crucial win to get back to 500 in double OT on the road with big shots from Head, Battier, Yao, Bonzi

    So close,

Well, on to BS in Chicago.

Great effort by the Rockets. Just couldn't pull it out in the end. Heart Breaker big time. I think what we learned from this is that T-mac needs to stop being a facilitator/point forward/play maker and just stick to being the scorer. The ball clearly needs to run through Yao in order to keep the ball movement active.

If this team played like this every night I would be satisfied. Though they lost they played their hearts out. Battier fouled too early but it was a tough cover on Melo all night. He was just a little scared.

Did you see TMAC laughing in the locker room? why was he not on the bench?

This team plays better without TMAC

Not really, Melo got to the FT line.
