the nuggets definitely have improve their defense. its not their weak point anymore.

 

I'd be really surprised if we come back and win this one. I think we can beat the Nuggets when we're fresh (and at home) but they are playing really tired right now. I had no idea we were 5-0 on the tail end of back-to-backs however. That would be sweet if we could keep that streak alive.

 

No way!!! Denver announcers biased toward their own team? Never! I've never heard the home team announcers being biased toward their own team. I wonder if we should report this to my man David Stern?

y'all need to stop drinking during games, Tmac isn't lost, hes actually trying to fit within the offense, he's doing what ariza, shane, and budinger do...stepping out to the 3 and/or creating spacing, things like that...he looks like he's not used to it, like he wants to be in the action, but then realizes that's not the offense anymore...

 

The refs need to wake up

missed most of the first half due to a crappy feed, what are the defensive matchups? Was budinger suppose to be on Chauncey?

 

Budinger was on him, then got torched as expected.

 

+1. but then, we don't need that player. we have those already. we need another playmaker.

it's like if we get a replacement for mcgrady, we're not going to ask that guy to stay out at the 3pt line.

hopefully tracy gets more comfortable.

 

I don't know if anyone else is listening the rick cambella and the other douche or not, but that half time presentation might have been as bad as I've ever seen!

 

i think with yao coming back next year and landry emerging as a capable go to player, we may not necessarily need a playmaker, especially if Brooks can continue to improve some...but i agree that we don't need tmac if he's just going to blend in with the others wings..i think his replacement can just be someone with a jumper that can dribble, that's all we'd really need at that spot if landry, yao, and brooks stay aggressive.

 

And the addition of Billups, Affalo and Lawson for sure.

I used to live there, and last year they finally acquired other players that were defensive minded. Melo and Smith are finally starting to compete on the defensive end of the court. Having a real point guard of Billups's character was critical.

AI is not a point guard but has to play that way in a similar fashion to Brooks here. Can't blame the improvement all on one player (AI), oh wait yes can. It's done on here all of the time...
