We have to play old school Rocket ball. Not what we did yesterday. Running up and down the court gunning at will is Nuggets basketball. If we fall into at track meet with them we will get murdered out there with the altitude, playing a back to back, and the Nuggets being athletic and playing that style to begin with.

I hope we can squeeze this one out. It would really prove a lot about this team. Beating up on an old Spurs team ain't nothing. ;)

EDIT: Why no Battier? Trying to limit his minutes as he comes back from injury? I hope he didn't get hurt again. It didn't look like he did.

I think if we can keep JR Smith from going off and if we make Nene and K-Mart jump shooters, then we have a good chance.

yao ming is the key for this game.
i dont believe they even hae a seven footer.
yao ming is gonna go ballistic in this game.
i can feel it. but we have to play old school
rockets ball. they can't run with the nuggz and
yao will get tired easily. everything has to revolve
around yao tonight. hes gonna have a big game.

    go rockets!

Denver is a much better team now with chauncey. Its going to be a huge challenge for rafer, head and brooks. The nuggets have improved significantly since the ai-billups trade. I think we are in for a battle. Despite winning big last night against the spurs, this team is way too inconsistent to predict. They could pull off another 15 pt blow out or have a major 4th quarter collapse and lose another close one. However, i am an optimistic person hence i'll predict the rockets can win 2 in a row without t-mac.

Nuggets are soft inside, Rockets should be able to beat them by 10+

I've got a lot of freakin money riding on the Rockets with this one. Being a dumb ass and betting on my team haha. It'll be a tough game. I have a lot of faith though.

Not negative but, 2nd game of a B2B to a city with high altitude with only 10 players. Plus we are only around .500 playing in Denver the past 5-6 yrs.

Doesn't mean we can't win, just will have to push through whatever fatigue they start to feel in the 2nd half.

I don't know if the Nuggets are that much better. On paper, in terms of standings, they have a decent record like us.

But look at the schedule they have played so far. Pretty easy teams, minus the good (fluke) win against Boston.

When they start playing the competition like the Rockets have (SA, Dallas, Phoenix, New Orleans, Lakers), I think they'll really miss AI.

Anyway, I'm off to the game. Miserable or not, I gotta support the team. We can play through the injuries.

As long as we compete,I'm not going to be mad. A loss on the road with our depleted roster is expected.

The Nuggets just played the T-wolves. Perhaps, they will play "down" to us because of our injuries.

Chuck will have to stop Nene and K-Mart. Brooks can stay with Chauncey.

Ron-Ron will HAVE to shut down Carmelo.

Alotta "Have To's" for this game, tonight.

artest has to step up. he cannot shoot like rafer anymore. i'm sick of it.

yao usually plays well v. denver so hopefully he'll explode tonight.

the guards need to continue to make shots.
