MeGee was beasting the last game. Since he isn't playing, Rockets win. Harden gets 30 points. Lin gets 12 Points. Parson's goes for 18. Delphino gets 12. Asik with 15 boards.

 

We win tonight by 22.

 

Oh, no problem there. I believe in the force 100%. After all, how do you think Harden gets all those weak-minded players to foul him on the way in.

Seriously though, if we keep our spacing & ball movement and play a 10 man rotation to limit their minutes, we'll be fine. Win by 4.

 

I'm betting it's because the team has a day to acclimatize to the altitude, but not enough to get lazy. And the high altitude home team is so used to winning on their home court that they don't bring their 'A' game.

 

Where can I get discounted tickets?

I saw some guys used coupon to buy tickets at the box office. Could anyone tell me how I can get coupons or where to buy discounted tickets? Thank you very much for your help!

 

With no McGee, there is even less excuse to lose. The guy's size gave us trouble last game and one of the worst things about that game was we let him have his way and gave up. Time to avenge that embarrassment, which was the worst in a long time!

Last game is ISO Harden and ZERO defense. Did I say NO energy?

If the Rockets play fun basketball and put up defense, then they can take any team, maybe except Heats, OKC and Spurs. These team win by experiences.

The Nugs are going to rip us a new one tonight. I see Harden dribbles out entire shot clock for a home run. I see Lin jumps in the air 180 and falls on his back resulting in a TO for no reason. I see Asik spin himself out of poition under the basket. Man, this is gonna be ugly. Nugs by 35 points. The basketball god is fair.

 

Transverse air-flow patterns and basketball spin analysis vis-a-vis beards

I've recently completed an analysis of air-flow patterns around Harden's beard and the effect on basketball spin. It's fairly mathematical, so I won't bore you with the details, just the final results...

Using longer-haired players as a baseline, Harden has a 12-15% advantage against players who are bald or crewcut, but a 5% decrease in performance versus players with a mohawk. You can see this effect most strongly when the players are in motion relative to Harden.

I'm sure Morey has already provided similar data to the coaches for use in game planning, but I thought people on the site might want to have it available when analyzing our opponents.

Based on this air-beard flow analysis, and other proprietary data, I predict a Rockets win.

Harden is playing like a Rocket being repelled by his giant fart.
He has a huge advantage when he plays in Denver since the air is thinner due to its way above the sea level.
