I think Karl's strategy is to let the role players beat you rather than let the superstar beat you........

Are the rockets worst free throw shotting in the league????

I'm voting Shane Battier to the all-star game.

At this point, it's rivaling the Yao/T-Mac PnR.

McGrady is such a GREAT passer, the man executes the offense perfectly. By FAR the best weapon he has, his teammates literally thrive on his mere presence, even when he stinks it up from the FT line/the field.

    Battier Player of the Game.

Still, perfect example of why a McGrady-led team is 10x better than an AI-led one...there is a reason why we're winning, and Denver is losing.

seriously, i just don't see why you double team tmac? just b/c he's the name guy? he was front-rimming everything late in the game and couldn't hit jack. but i'll take stupidity by the other team helping us win.

Yeah, it's most likely better for your sanity not to listen to him too closely.

First of all, I've never complained about JVG... I love the toughness he's given this team.

Second of all, with all the complaints about how JVG "doesn't make adjustments" (which is still yet to be proven)... I was simply pointing out "mastermind" Karl refusing to quit the double team of T-mac off the pick and roll (even though his shot was off tonight).

I'd have to double-check, but I think the shotclock was running down.

    Battier!!

    Wow, another great win.

Rockets are building up their toughness. Great sign.

    T-Mac will wake up tomorrow.

Marcus Camby with a freakin 24 rebounds? At least we held him to 7 point. Nice job Mutombo on getting four blocks, and of course Shane Battier was cool as ice with his last three pointer. Did anybody notice we are shooting 57% on FT? Amazing we even won........

Its the "fear" of T-mac getting a hot streak going... he's streaky, we all know that, the opposing team knows that. T-mac gets in a rhythm, and he becomes the best player in the NBA... you keep him out of the rhythm, and his scoring becomes erratic.

But, you make him into a passer... and its just as deadly... we don't lose when he gets 10+ assists.
