There is a reason for this...Yao is very big, and if he comes down awkwardly on his legs when off balance, he will injure himself. And he does get off balance a lot. In order to avoid the of risk coming down the wrong way, it is safer for him to fall down and not put a lot of stress on something. Just my 2 cents.
I love Mark Jackson's contradictory comments...."Yao is so skilled and so physical"...next possession after Yao nudges Mark Jackson out of the way..."Yao does not like physical play...he will bail out if you get physical."
LOL! Something about point guards getting hot against Rockets. Jason Kidd has never been a good outside shooter but tonight against Rockets he has been en fuego from the 3 point land.
Ya know what it is. Van gundy Gambles with no offense for like 3-4 minutes at a time. Head may be the only scorer on the court now.
Yao's foul trouble, and T-Mac just getting back from injury have more to do with that, than Van Gundy "gambling".
I thought it would be a good idea for JVG to go with the small lineup of SS at center and JH at the PF but this lineup s**ks. Stro has no offensive game.
