I still think Tmac should take it easy. JVG should use Tmac carefully and don't let him play too long for a time. Tonight's minutes (38) should be the limit.
It's funny reading the Net's forums.. because it sounds just like us the last game.. "this is unreal, the rockets must be cheating. their net has some kind of magnet that attracts the ball through the hoop." haha "6 points in 5 seconds by mcgrady, just shoot me" "Well I think TMAC has made his case as to is the better relative.......Sorry VC..... " "Well am done they won nothing can be don about this. Tmac is just too good" "im not upset at the nets, who in this world can stop tracy ****ing mcgrady?" "%(^*%^&*($%^&*$%^&*(" "from this game, i can say that I was completely wrong about VC being close or equal to T-mac. They are not even in the same level. T-mac is a god and for him, impossible is really nothing." "the man scored 6 points in 6 seconds DAMN. That aint Mcgrady, thats GOD in disguise." "In Rj's defense there was nothing he could do. This just reminds of that Tmac ad were everyone was chasing him and he couldnt miss. If the whole team had tried to stop him, he would still have found ways to score" "the thing that ticks me off the most is that McGrady wasn't even supposed to be playing. He was injured and this is what he does in his first game back. I'd hate to see what he does to us when we play them again." they also had this comparison in the game thread.. lol "Damon Wayans and David Wesley. Seperated at birth?"
Yah, McGrady tends to have that effect on the opposition -- it's as if they are day-dreaming and can't bring themselves to wake up from the nightmare Nets fans, meet Spurs fans last season...
Nets Highlight Link #1 (Try this one first) Hit the "Free" button then wait about a minute for the link to appear. Nets Highlight Link #2 (Use this one only if you can't get the first one to work)
Tmacs BBIQ is off the charts! anyone notice when time was running out and he had no shot that he intentionally made the ball bounce off the rim to reset the clock and drove in and put it back, that is amazing
The game just comes naturally to him, and I really never understood what that meant until I watched T-Mac play. His decision-making and court vision rivals that of any player I have ever watched in the NBA.
Good question. May be Clutch and the fellas are busy looking for a headline for tonight's game? (It's not easy to find the exact words that perfectly describe this game)
If the game vs Nets is the only victory Rockets have in this road trip, then keeping it sticky may not be a bad idea. At least we have some to cheer for, ya know.
