I never quite understood why the Knicks paid to be a starting point when he was on the bench all the time for the Bulls - it completely baffles me.

Is it just me or majority of all Duke players never make it to be good pros... I think Brand is the only one that comes to mind, but even he has bounced around quite a bit.

He is just playing a role that he is no good at. He is more of a half-court point guard rather than a run-and-gun, which affects his game since he doesn't know how to set up his teammates then he sucks offensively.

We are missing Landry tonight. Some of the posters(not you) simply ignore the reality of not having him. Hill is nice, but we will need an upgrade in the off-season.

Chase Budinger runs the floor as well as anyone in the league.

2 straight easy buckets thanks to his hustle.

While different type of players I can see Kenny/Sam being recreated in Brooks/Lowry...

Budinger is like that annoying prick on the playground who never passes half court and just sets his camp under the opponent's basket.

That's how the Knicks see it.

Only difference is that he is just outrunning everyone.

I can't get over how quickly Morey and Adelman retooled the Rockets into such a fast paced team.

Lowry doing his best to keep the team in the game. Nice passes to Chase.

Does Adelman put AB back in even though Toney Douglas and Gallo have shut him down?

Because you had 96 mins available at the 2/3 spots for 3 players. Then martin came, whos going to get his 35 + mins a game, so that now gives bud/ariza/batt just under 61 mins to split. All three of their mins took a hit,b ut bud had less to give up to being with, so that's why it stood out more.

Hill is also a mobile center with length.

Also what did our matching up give us? Thats the big question? Gallo and their bigs rained down shots. Doesn't seem like it worked, mainly because they can still rise up and shoot over the undersized big men. If you see Hill running at you opposed to Chase you are much more likely to not jack up the 3. Why? Because you are going to put it on the floor and go for the drive now instead.

It's how Bargs always kills us and Okur. Playing a shorter guy on them and they can just rise up and shoot over. Yeah Battier/Chase are more mobile, but when they are infront of a guy like that they just rise up and swish.

There are also a lot of 6'10-6'11 Centers in the NBA. Not many quality players at 7'0 honestly, most of them turn out to be stiffs.
