There's no reason Yao shouldn't touch the ball each and every time down the floor with Dirk attempting to guard him.

Rockets give up another offensive rebound. That's 4 in the first quarter.

Finley out of the game.

Terry, Finley and Howard all playing well for the Mavs. No role players for the Rockets playing well.

Terry with an and one, and now Stackhouse with an and one. Lead is 12. Ugh.

ANOTHER two and a foul.

Dallas on fire offensively, we can't keep up with this kind of scoring. 30 points so far is too much.

I don't think we are playing great now, we are hustling but just can't make many shots.

I think it is more of Dallas being on fire offensively, they aren't missing.

Unless our role players go on FIRE offensively, this one might get ugly. Let's hope they cool down and we make a little run in the 2nd. Can't have such a big lead going into the half

Mavs will let people back into games. Keep playing Rox... shoulda come a little more focused, but it's far from over.

down 12 after the first....our only bright spot was when Yao touched the ball on offense...i don't understand why he doesn't get it more...and I find myself wondering this allll the time.

It's only the first quarter. We need to settle down and play smarter. Cut it to below 5 at the half and we got em where we want them.

definately not a good start.. hope Tmac catches fire and Yao gets more touches. he needs another game 2 performance and tmac needs to be TMAC

its a battle of role players right now their role players have come out firing. wesley has played ok so far but sura and padget are useless out there and james and barry havnt really had a chance to have an impact yet. we must hit our shots at a very high percentage against this team tonight because they are hitting any open shot while we are occasionally hitting one
