Great, a longer clip would be even better.

I have a few Gene games on tape from many, many years back when I was in Houston. Someday I'll torrent them or something... It's nice to be able to add classic clips like this once in a while.

Btw, 128 kbps bitrate for mp3's are overkill for AM radio - if you save as mono, I bet you could go as low as 40 with no discernible loss of quality, but if you want to be safe you can go 48-64 (although your encoder may be different than mine). Not complaining, just trying to help.

 

Thanks a lot for that! I've been waiting to see a pic of that big baby. I hope we can find a better one that truly expresses his despair and dissapointment during the moment. That one is good, but I really wanna see him in pain.

I absolutely LOVE listening to them on radio...my dad got me started and nothing against Calvin and Bill, but I just find listening to play by play helps focus more on the game. Of course when we moved away from Houston, no more radio. Luckily they just started offering it ont he internet for $30 a season. Great deal!

Of course when they were on national TV, the ~30 second delay was frustrating. So starting this year, I've gone as far (I tried it for a couple of games) as using my friend's Tivo to pause the TV for the same amount of time there was a delay and synching up the audio+video "live". I'm obsessive.

But yeah, I've also got old tapes my dad recorded from 94, 95 and others that I really really want to put on the computer but don't think it's worth all of the effort since there's bound to be recordings somewhere on the net.

And yeah I completely forgot about the bitrate; I made the changes on these new files though.

 

Wow, this team definatley has something special going on

 

Not calling a time out really surprised those Mavs. Looking at the picture, the Mavs players were all completely confused and out of position. No one is boxing out Yao for the rebound. Even if T-Mac had missed that shot, Yao would have had a easy offensive rebound and put back. Great decision by JVG to not call the time out.

just like last game...I will be releasing a seperate pregame/halftime/postgame video since there was so much coverage It is a combination of KNWS pregame and halftime, FSN's extended postgame, and TNT's halftime and Inside the NBA

The game itself wont be out till after 10pm at least(had to work later than normal)..and the pre/halftime/postgame clip wont be out til probably tomorrow morning.

Dont forget to seed and reupload to yousendit if you download it....we got WAY too many leeches downloading and not reupping...keep that up and ppl will stop putting them on yousendits before long...adn I dont blame them if they do

Does yousendit crap out for anyone else besides me? Each time I go to upload it'll initially start off relatively quick by uploading close to 30 kb/sec...then gradually decrease to a modem-like 6 kb/sec and finally whimper out. Anyone? Bueller?
