The most heartening thing about it all is the trust T-Mac exhibited in his teammates.... he made them all better tonight, a true superstar performance. Call him the anti-Kobe.

We beat them in our game, we beat them in their game. No way we lose this series...

hey Sports Guy... care to edit?

    15. Houston (voted off by Dallas, 4-1)
Ever since Juwan Howard went down -- and the beginning of that sentence alone is enough to raise a red flag -- the Rockets have been playing without any power forwards who could even be considered "crappy." So here's my question: Who the hell is guarding Dirk Nowitzki in this series? Clarence Weatherspoon? Ryan Bowen? Vin Baker? Dikembe Mutombo? Scott Padgett? Yao? Roger Clemens? There's a good chance that Dirk could break MJ's scoring record for a five-game series, especially since we just named a German pope who will be rooting for him. And what happens when the Mavs play Nowitzki and the Completely & Totally Rejuvenated Keith Van Horn at the same time? Who does Yao plan on guarding?

(Note: I actually think the Mavs are going to KILL the Rockets, save for the one game when T-Mac drops in the neighborhood of 55 to 58 points on them.)

DonKnutts said exactly what I was going to say. I somehow knew deep down that the Rockets were going to win this game when TMac passed up a shot to pass to Bowen, trying to get him involved in the offense. Bowen missed the shot. But the absolute unselfish play by TMac means this a TEAM. A TEAM always beats a group of players or a collection of individuals. That is all Dallas is. This was simply astounding to watch. A pleasure to watch. woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

I said to my brother when we were down by about 7, "If the Rockets win this game, they will win the series." I'll hold myself to that word.

I think that so far, two games into this series, we've seen it all. We've seen the Rockets handle a wild crowd and silence them. We've seen them go ahead with a big lead, and never look back...that "killer instinct." We've seen them battle back after being down. We've seen them refuse to give up after losing a lead.

    I like what I'VE seen!

It doesn;t matter baby, he has tuned it all out, he is in his own zone now, he is staring the Dallas fans in the face and shaking his head, he is resurrecting Clutch City right before our eyes.

HOW DID WE GET THIS GUY??!!!! WHY DOES GOD LOVE US SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH?!!! Why are we soooooooooo lucky?!!

Yao...wow....what an offensive game in the first half. And our bench? Don't EVER question our bench again, the bench mob is in effect...or shall I call them the "machine"?:D

And Van Gundy....woowwww!! EVERYTIME down the stretch he calls the right plays, I have SOOOOO mych confidence in him, more than any coach we have EVER had. This is why this guy had no superstars and took an 8th seed to the limit. He brings heart to where he goes.

T-Mac.....The Macster:eek:  What can I say? He does SOOOOO many times I have come to expect him to do it EVERY SINGLE TIME! I don't care if it is fair or not, but that is how much I believe in his abilities.

JVG is in his post-game conference on NBATV now, and I think he is lost for words:D
