Did anyone catch the "sound effects" that Ernie yelled when Tmac dunked on Bradley?

This game is going down the wire. I hope T-mac have enough gas in the tank. He seems spent the last few minutes of the first half. Yao is playing great basketball.

 

Gosh, NOWWWWW Magic and Barkely aren't disrespecting the Rockets. Now they're starting to see what the Rockets are about. I can't wait to see hear what Barkley says tonight if the Rockets go up 2-0.

And yes, the refs are doing a wayyyyy better job calling tonight's game. I guess JVG or someone might have said something after game 1, or maybe someone in the league noticed 22 more free throws for one team is just plain stupid and unacceptable.

Yao's at 23, what's the game total lookin' like? I remember someone predicting 40 yesterday; that definitely looks within reach now.

 

Well put Will... although I'd date it to 1998, since I didn't feel the need to push the 97 team either (unless we were pushing their oft-injured old legs in the wheelchairs).

We're playing great offense.
But Vangundy won't like this. We are poor on D. And we didn't slow down the game. That's the reason why the score is still close. I guess coach will yell at our guys in half time.

I wonder if AJ will go with the small lineup to start the half.... Josh Howard was able to score on Yao 3 straight times, and it definitely cut into our lead.

You know JVG doesn't want to give up his advantage and go small, but we have to find a way to stop the Dallas small lineup, while keeping Yao out on the court.

 

McGrady had some rest over the 2nd period. Now he will produce in the second half. McGrady has done an excellent job of saving enery while others pitch in on the offensive end. McGrady will go off for 18 in the second half. I sure hope Bowen can play the second half defense on Dirk.

Did y'all just see that NBA Industries commercial with Fred Willard, Clyde Drexler, Dominique Wilkins, etc. They said the newest inductee into so and so was Clyde. Clyde started to get up, and Willard was like, no the other Clyde, Walt "Clyde" Frazier. The look on Glide's face was priceless. Those are some funny commercials....but not as funny as the poserization of Bradley thanks to T-Mac earlier tonight!

I may be reading way to much int halftime of game 2. But this may a game that Dallas wins, but then knows they can'tin the series. Everything goes well, and you can't shake your opponent, and you know that.

 

CoolStreaming is good! The quality is not good for full screen but What A Game! Over 20,000 people watching online. You know the speed will be good when so much people are seeding.

 

Does somebody have YAO's back when he contests shots? The guards are playing poorly.

 

In the first quarter, Yao was not only filling up the score manu, but also serving fowls to his Dallas custmers diligently. Dampier, van Horn, Bradley were all in foul trouble in no time.
