    God, imagine this team with Thibodeau or JVG that would shut down the transition game and emphasize basic bread and butter plays like pick and roll. If we did Harden/Howard PnR as often as we did it with TMac/Yao, this team would be an actual contender

    Ariza is garbage tonight...if he's defending anyone (his normal strength) I'm not noticing.We can still win but not with this kind of effort. So frustrating...this team plays like they can turn it on and off when they want....doesn't work that way. Just do NOT have a killer instinct. Always insist on doing things the hard way...will get you in trouble as it has tonight.

    Just cut it to 4 or 5 at the half. Don't let them build it back up to double figures. The Mavericks are not gonna shoot almost 59% the entire game.

    They lost focus. They got that big quarter and started settling for outside shots and no movement on offense. They stopped playing defense, thinking the Mavs were dead men walking.

    Really guys, did you miss the playoff games last night? All game 3s were pretty competitive. You know they were going to be fired up, this is pretty much the elimination game for them. We gotta hang in there.

    Remember that last game in Dallas? We fell behind big in the first half, like 15 points. Got the deficit down by 10 by halftime then controlled the game in the second half.

    Everyone R-E-L-A-X! Dallas is playing for their season right now. Win this or stay home for them. Shouldn't be surprised they are playing out of their minds. We just have to keep pace with them and take the lead.

    Smith has to show better effort though.
