Yeah WTF was that. That one dude "..but he's RIGHT.....it's the playoffs BUT HE'S RIGHT"

It didn't seem that physical at all, looking at the effing scoreboard. Also Mavs outshot us from the FT line.

Yeah….noticed that too. I don't necessarily disagree with Carlisle, but the Mavs did this to themselves. All the flopping in game 1 probably had us on the phone with the league office….so the refs have now swung to the other end of the spectrum.

The one thing consistent in this series? Rockets win.

Great game! Glad the team has vets that do not fold once being down by 13. I like seeing Terry getting the players together and getting on them to get it going. Big close out game on Sunday.

That's not a very good team over there.

    The Mavericks are predictable.

It's so funny how much those ESPN guys all hate Houston. It's so blatantly obvious. This is why people hate ESPN.

FT attempts are a bad indicator of how the game was officiated but the Mavs did get to line more than the Rockets tonight and its not like the Rockets changed their style of play. Mavs got a lot of ticky tack calls in their favor (including that late 3 by dirk) while in the penalty. Subtract about 8 attempts from the Rockets since there were at least 8 intentional fouls.

Mavs were purposefully playing Dwight physical and doing all sort of cheap things to him to try to rattle him mentally. It almost worked until James calmed him down in the third. The sequence late in the game where Dwight just was grabbing every offensive board around 3-4 Mavs players he was completely mauled and nothing was called either. As for the Harris shove - watch the replay Harris acted like he was shot out of a cannon Dwight had a hold of his jersey - how much force can a push have if he is holding a jersey (the jersey hold could have been called a foul of course) but refs tend to award effort plays like Dwight's all the time

This is a game we would have lost last year. Dirk and Ellis went crazy and we still found a way at their place.

The Mavs were flopping ALL OVER the place tonight! Monta, Dirk, Devin, Richardson, it was pathetic!! They are clearly in desperation mode. Then for Carlisle to complain about Dwight on Devin Harris, that's RICH! Give me a break you sore loser!

Did NBA tonight even talk about the Rockets' game or did I miss it watching SportCenter anchors making themselves looks like complete idiots?

Wow ESPN must have it out for us. Taking a 3-0 lead on a series most of their "experts" (Bruce Bowen, Skip, SAS) called a Dallas victory must have really turned them sour.

If you're looking for love from ESPN and/or SportsCenter, you'll only get it from H-Town's own "RoFlo" Robert Flores.

Doesn't he anchor late night SC? Maybe not.

To be fair, most of their writers did pick the Rockets to win. However, I agree 100% that their TV only guys are absolutely clueless. I don't even know if they are just saying crap to get reaction or they really believe in what they say.:mad:

Props to the NBA TV guys calling out Carlisle and Chandler also throwing Rockets players around

Harden had a terrific game, but then again, he's been playing like this, consistently, all year. On the other hand, Howard's game was leaps and bounds above the production he was giving during the season. With this version of Dwight, the Rockets could win it all this year!
