That only makes sense if you think Durant added to this team makes them a championship team. It doesn't. So why make the trade? It might assure us a 2nd round, maybe even a WCF appearance if we get the right matchup in the 2nd, but that team is not going anywhere and the moment Durant becomes completely washed, as in worse than Jalen, we'll look stupid for trading him.

it wasn’t long ago that we had beaten Memphis yet again and their fans had basically given up on the 2 seed, now they’re 3 games and counting ahead of us in the standings
