This. I'm just fed up with the whining, started with Morey and Harden about the MVP award and the media should not acknowledge anything right now. Rockets are underachieving like crazy and Harden's defense is part of the problem, so one or two plays should not be a reason to start something.

    Diamond in the rough?

He's always been this player. This year his attitude is better, and we need this more. He's always been an offensive guy, to a fault though....more chucking, not much of a passer. But he can put up points, before it was defense and attitude(especially in Sacto) that got him the boot. His attitude has been very good since here, but he's playing on a 1 year deal so.....

Thornton not a passer? He's actually the best playmaker besides Harden right now. Baffling how he cannot get more playing time.

True. He handles the ball well and gets inside the paint.

    At least Harden's minutes weren't 40+ last night (36).

Rockets played well but Dallas missed so many open shots especially dirk. Rockets lived and die by the 3ball

Normally, Dallas is up for a game against Houston. It sure didn't look like it last night. They shot pretty poorly and a lot were open shots like you said. But, Houston did put forth a better effort and were more active defensively and on the boards. It was a far cry from when we faced them before where we just looked like we didn't care. I would say Dallas would normally win a close game like that at home against us. But, we'll take it and we did take it.

Can't be too mad, considering he went 4-7 from three and 7-10 from the field.

    Lawson is our best playmaker.

And Marcus is not known to be much of a passer in his previous stints. That's why he was moved around, he was known as a blackhole.

I know it's one game, but I noticed zero improvement on defense at key times. He still let teams get O rebs and continued to miss coverage.

Whoever gave me this rep - you are not too bright. It was sarcasm. Why would I call for respect while insulting him:rolleyes:

We're with you there brother. Brewer seems to be the 'favorite son' of JB.
    Need more Thornton!

    Agreed fully.

I'm from that old school of thought,"let you game do the talking for you".

We missed a lot of open shots, missed quiet a few bunnies in the paint.

Good thing we shot the 3 ball well huh.
