There's no way Rox can win Mavs on their court. Rox will be blown out, behind by 20 points by halftime. Ugly!

I wonder what brutally honest Sir Charles will have to say about this one:

"why TNT gutta schedule thu Ruckets so much!?!? Im tireda wutchinem. Ill tell you Yao Ming thu most o'rated player in the league. 7'6 n'he hud like 8 points the other game. 8 points?!? Even Kenny could get that much offa Dream!"

I expect the Rockets to take a major whooping tonight. But on the bright side, the Rockets seem to defy whatever expectation I bring to a game this season.

That being said, I can imagine them winning.

Does anyone else remember where they were when Yao exploded against Dallas in his rookie year on national TV???

    I do.

    34 points and 16 boards I think.

This team needs something to put a little energy back into them. Is Prozac on the NBA's list of banned substances???

We need to see more Dikembe too. Bring back the finger wag. As much as I was annoyed with him shaking and back and forth before, he's a rocket now. That's makes it ok.

One more thing, did anyone else hear Carmelo wimpering after he turned his ankle when we played Denver? I honestly thought he was on the verge of tears.

I can never root against the Rockets, regardless of how I felt about one player or one coach.

Yes, I too am becoming impatient with the team. I hope JVG would use more offensive imagination to go along with his defensive schemes. I hope that he finally is beginning to understand that his dour approach is not productive. However, he deserves more time. Alas, I also hope the Rockets as a team will covet defensive and offensive rebounds like they were 20-carat diamond earrings being spilled on the floor.

Van Gundy would make a great defensive coordinator.....

I'd rather watch it on 51 then because I don't think I'll be able to withstand TNT's critcism - well deserved but I've already heard too much

yeah, but as you said, we do indeed deserve it

I'll be watching 51 just due to bill and van chancellor

although can't stand van chancellor's "there's still plenty of time left" when we're down by 15-18 with like 4 mins left lol

    little too optimistic

You know I'm gettin excited about this game... after the other night's debacle, I'm interested to see if the team will show up tonight .... or not.

And what are those ugly things the Mavs are wearing?!

i know we're getting schooled on D right now, but one thing i like on O is that we've gone to tmac and yao every single time so far. none of this letting the role players get shots by themselves crap. no stupid picks. get it to your stars and let them operate. and if yao could ever figure out how to shoot again, he'd be doing well b/c he's getting good shots. 10 foot turnarounds are nice shots, and yao should shoot them more often.

however, on D, why are we doubling on dampier and letting a guy hit an open 3? i know yao gets in foul trouble a lot but he's not going to have to try hard to stop dampier and if the mavs wanna take it out of the real offensive players' hands and give it to dampier, let them.

Yao is playing timid.... almost like he's afraid to actually dominate a game... why?
