Have you found anyone cutting for Silas during your crusade? While you're scorching the earth dont forget to include Stone in your crosshairs because he's letting it happen.

For those of us with our heads screwed on tight the obvious nature of this season has already taken root. You can either cry and complain every single day or go with the flow and have the understanding that you have the requisite talent on this team to contend in the near future and Silas wont be the guy to lead the group to take the next step. No need to spike your blood pressure its just a matter of time.

Alpy played great. So did the other guys. It was a nice team effort, but 20 turnovers wont cut it and they all share that blame too. Baby steps and development ARE happening though for those who can see past the tank job. Winning as a group and also losing as a group are vital for team growth - looking for individual player accolades or shine defeats the purpose of what is being built. You cant have a dynasty without getting nasty first. We'll get there and Alpy will be a big part of it stop worrying.

Negativity is hilarious, especially since Green gets off Scott free, when I watched the whole thing and was really upset with his dribbling. Gordon got under my skin the most, what a waste of a veteran.

KPJ forced some shots, but passes as well so that comes w/ finding his groove as I am sure he was instructed to pass more. Hell, the whole team over passed, it was ridiculous.

That doesn’t take away the many positives. Mainly our shot blocking, rebounding, hustle and ability to keep fighting in a game we had no business in winning with your perimeter defense and turnovers.

I was impressed again by Garuba in particular, what a great player he’s proven to be. His 3pt shot is very Draymond like and if he keeps this defense up, grow as a passer and handles and finish his shots then watch out!

His vision and IQ are high level, handles too even though ppl on here like to convince themselves he doesn’t. Garuba might be my favourite player right now. Sengun was also amazing, Green & KPJ had their moments, Martin was solid.

Rotations were still a bit of a head scratcher, but whatever, I’m impressed. Block party and bringing the edge w/ Wood was the cherry on top. On to the next one.

Funny how when we play a team that doesn't clearly have more talent than us we win. When we play teams that just have better talent than us we lose, but its Silas fault or KPJs fault. I was looking at the schedule we have played so far and in all the games but 4, the other team has much better talent and experience than us (we won 3 of those 4 games). Doncic sits last night and the talent level gets balanced out and we pull off the win.

All this to say we are a very young team in the throws of development. A lot of people were totally out on Garuba just a few weeks ago, well look at him now. We all know KPJ is still an experiment at PG, so things will not look smoothly with him running the offense. We have time to see how it works, I have a feeling Stone already has his eye on a 'real' PG in the draft or FA this year. KPJ will end up being a 6th man. Gotta have patience with this 'process'.

It wasn't a pretty win but it's something. Jalen must have had greasy fingers from Tildo's food or something last night because he couldn't maintain control of the ball and made some KPJ-esque off-target passes. Oh well, hopefully it doesn't become a trend.

The Mavs suck outside of Luka. He may be the best player in the NBA so maybe it's no big deal right now, but for their sake they need to add a real #2 guy in the next couple of years lest they start to hear the "Luka wants to team up with _____" rumors.

small sample size abuse in order to justify incompetence of silas and KPJ

if silas have played sengun more minutes and made him the lead guard(and not kpj who isnt that at all) we would have outtalented other 'more talented teams'...CLEARLY ITS ON SILAS

Anytime a team has more talent, we should just not expect to win?

keep playing close 4th quarter(Toronto. New Orleans, Clippers, Mavs) and we’re bound to win some of them.

A very good post. Gordon needs to come off the bench permanently. KJM has really proved himself as the SF the team. Tari continues to improve slowly too. JC needs minutes. His floater is the best on the team.
He can relieve Jalen Green and make the team more effective.

That's not on Sengun nor KPJ to be honest, that's on the refs for not calling the foul for Sengun getting clobbered which is what got him to be a step behind and miss the pass.

Watching the Mavs broadcast because it's the only way for me to watch, they had this to say about Sengun: "The kid is incredibly talented. He has deceivingly long arms stretched out and a long torso."

Really wanted to see Sengun and Garuba, considering Garuba has become Hubert Davis from the 3 point line.

I waited them to comment as:
"It is clear now why Rockets traded CWood to Dallas for a pack of crisps"
    They did not.
