Well it's one thing to be disappointed, it's another to be ready to ship them off and write them off entirely.

 

Just means testicles lol, but is often used similar to "bullshit" without actually technically cursing. So "Daddy big bollocks" is a common usage as in "acting like you're superior, usually in an obnoxious way." But more commonly, someone might just be talking nonsense or making **** up or whatever, and we'd just say "bollocks" or "bollocks, mate." Haha there you go, little English lesson from the old country haha. Example:

"KPJ has more star talent than Jalen Green"

"Bollocks mate, you're full of ****"

Yikes. There's takes. There's bad takes. And then there's this.

 

It's quite clear those that either a) do not know what they're watched on the defensive end, or b) do not like Alpi.

Adams has been absolutely disgusting defensively in his couple of games.

Is he this slow because he's coming back from injury, or is this what we can expect from him moving forward? If it's the latter, that's a big big problem.

 

Amen on defense is just a joy to watch. His instincts when it comes to pump fakes, I haven't seen anyone better at reading the player he's defending.

Luka's few possessions tonight with Amen on ball made Luka look pedestrian.

It's quite clear that Tari and Amen deserve much more playing time than they're getting. Coach nearly blew another big lead by keeping them on the bench for too long down the stretch.

Jalen's driving this season is night and day what it's been so far in his career. This and his effort on defense are the two things he's most impressed me with so far this season. Even though he reverted back to prior-years Jalen with his sloppy decision making at the top of the key when under defensive pressure a few times, I was still more than happy with his game tonight even though it wasn't his best shooting-wise. A decisive Jalen is a good Jalen.

Sengun looked more comfortable with the ball in his hands the longer the first few quarters went, the more he was touching it and able to do what he wanted. No surprise there it was a big lead. Him limited the 1-2 punch of the Mav's big man was key this game in taking the Mavs out of what they like to do offensively. He still looks clunky and not as smooth in a lot of his moves, hopefully he shakes that rust off soon. Was fine with him being pulled at the end for Tari/Amen.

You are clearly biased and your opinion on this matter cannot be taken seriously. To the point where I knew you would be the one to respond to my comment. Youre clearly his family or an only fan or something lol. Im for team not any one player. The team comes first always.

 

Not sure why you had to highlight Green's shooting specifically, he was the 2nd most efficient starter despite the attention he received defensively and the shots he has been asked to take.

True shooting % for starters:

1. Jabari Smith: TS 59.52%
2. Jalen Green: TS 51.52%.
3. Dillon Brooks: TS 50.72%
4. Al P: TS 42.59%
5. FVV: TS 11.79%

 

I was worried and surprised to see Sengun missing absolute bunnies at the rim. I never expected that. I don't understand, why this is happening.

 

He is either rusty or his back is bothering him again.

 

We are going to be in trouble, if it's the latter reason.

 

Me too....if you read my posts, I certainly am not surprised that you are calling for Bari to be replaced....you are like a broken record every game. I am TEAM as well...I DO pull for Jabari...tonight I responded to nuts wanting to replace/talk about trading Alpy, FVV..last year wanted to replace/not extend Green. Brooks was grossly overpaid and a flop.You and about 4 other posters can not be taken seriously regarding Jabari...you ride him the whole game,every game...no matter what his production.

I am not family but I am an Auburn alumnus and have followed Jabari since high school,.. his high school coach is from my home town. Tari played in 22 games last year due to injury...don't you think we should get more than 2-3 games worth of results before anointing him a starter replacing Jabari.? Got a flash for you.....Ime has forgotten more about coaching than you know in total. Ever think there must be a reason he plays Jabari high minutes game in and game out ? If Tari needs to take Bari's job, Ime will replace him.I do not think Tari's game playing condition is ready to play starter's minutes.

Finally...tell me what your EXPECTATION FOR JABARI is with numbers.What would you consider a successful game for him ...shots,points,rebounds,etc.

 

You are what your record says you are. #1 is garbage supposedly. 5 out of 10 shooting...uh...ok. All 5 of these have been or are on the get rid of list according to some. You can't make this stuff up.

 

Alpi also fouled out the big men which opened up the lane for JGreen and Amen and everyone else.

This place would be a ghost town if all young players were written and shipped off and not the divided melting pot that it is now.
