Tmac sucks in the second quarter. This is why he still a first round virgin...btw, i feel Alston will turn into a crap this season, we had better trade him as soon as possible.....

Chuck, Landry, Scola couldn't slow down Dirk. I read Adelman's lip saying WTF after Dirk hitting a jumper near 15 ft.

As many bad halves as Rafer as had, that was probably his worst ever.

    He did absolutely nothing good.

If AB did not play tonight, from what rafer has done, we would have been down by the half. I know its still early in the season, but we have look to trading francis and head at this point for a legit PG. We need to address this issue before the trade deadline

Is Rafer healthy? I feel he is only about 50%.

If only we had Shane we could put him on Dirk and Artest on Howard...problem solved, and we could give more rest to T-Mac so he can hopefully heal quicker.

T-mac started out as a defensive type player in Toronto. He played good defense along with Ryan Bowen on Dirk a few years back.

Tonight is the worst he has ever looked on Defense.

    He is not in shape.

He is going to have to play into shape. Lets just accept this right now, it will benefit us in the long term. Stop looking at the short term guys.

Plus Battier not being out there is really hurting us. He is a floor general on the defensive side. I love Ron's defense, but he does tend to gamble therefore getting everyone out of position as opposed to Battier not gambling and not throwing the whole defense off.

Our defense will pick up, for the time being it is painful having to watch the poor defense, but it isn't that bad, although our transitional D is not all that great.

Aaron is my hero! He comes out with a bruised ankle that was thought to have him not playing for 1-3 weeks, but he comes in right away, and does his job stylishly. He looked as if he didn't even have the injury.

This game is going to come down to coaching. The defensive assignments are all that matter. Dirk and Howard are the only ones doing anything for the Mavs.

I don't think Brooks is ready to be a starter, and may never be, but I am already starting to think he is a better option than Rafer. I just don't see the value in a guy that dribbles the ball up the court and hands it off to another player. I don't think his defense is good enough to justify the amount of PT he gets.

Maybe they should slow the tempo down, walk the ball for him on a couple of possessions to get him in rhythm.

Yes. as i said earlier, he just needs to get in better shape. adelman should also cut his minutes down till he is in better shape.his latteral movement will improve. playoffs are more important then know.
