That is a good comparison. They both play as if they can't contain their athleticism. Every step is exaggerated.

Hill is a good PF, and he and Yao played well together.

Shooting is something that can be learned, see Rondo.

I hope Smith puts in serious work this off season learning to shoot.

I'm surprised at how fast Ish is in the open court while remaining in control. Here I thought C Lee was going to be our 3rd PG...

anyone else watching this NBA show on ESPN?

JVG was the only one giving Houston props, Jon Barry basically said JVG was an idiot for thinking Houston could challenge the Lakers.

I like hill and yao playing together its makes us long. Hill needs to keep improving his defense and rebounding and he will be a major part of this team.

I agree. I'm really liking how Jordan Hill's fitting in with different lineups.

I was thinking at least 32 minutes a game by the end of the season. As of now he needs time to regain his form so something like 24 mpg isn't bad. It might cost us a few games early, but it will help later on in the season.

Well, our form is still inconsistent. Maybe mid-season we can challenge the Lakers and other elite teams, but not just yet.
