To get beat by George is sickening. Pathetic. The Rockets are game but simply don't have enough scorers.

They are still jacking up 3 balls....JVG should remind his team of that disrespect.

He just looks like he is out of gas and needs to try to get ready for tomorrow night.

I'm doing all my judging from watching the boxscore, so correct me if I'm wrong. Seeing the reasons why we lost this game, I can safely say that we are on a level where we can compete with this team when we have our full squad. I have no problem with this loss. We didn't rebound, and it looks like we gave up some easy buckets. Second chance points killed us, and those are easy layups. Also, T-Mac didn't get to the line enough in the second half. He probably ran out of gas after gunning the first 3 quarters.

The Rockets played fine. The Mavs are the deepest and best team in the league and were seeking revenge for the buttkicking the Rockets gave to them last time. Their superior bench and rebounding took its toll. Nothing to freak out about. The Rockets with Yao, Snyder and Bonzi on the bench should not be expected to roll into Dallas and blow them out. It's unrealistic. We should be encouraged by McGrady's game and hope there is something left in the tank against Phoenix.

And a guy off the bench who can kill you with size/quickness/athleticism in Stackhouse.

And a dead-eye marksmen with size/defense in George.

And two combo guards who are both streaky, but deadly... in Terry and Harris.

And two serviceable big-men who can rebound and block shots in Dampier and Diop.

DD don't know why you're so focused on zoning today. What kind of zone are you talking about? What kind of zone would have stopped the Mavs today?

The problem was effort (defense and rebounding), not the scheme. Our role players also came up flat on offense.

Hate losing to SA and DALLAS ... but this was a good game. Though we ran out of (cough cough .. Tmac) at the end and our other part of the team decided to hide in a dark corner, I am still proud that we hung in there in Dallas.

Wait till playoffs, when it will really count. Going to love knocking out SA or Dallas, the picture on their fans face in game 7. Can't wait.

    GO ROCKETS!!!

we need to limit starter minutes to mins . 40 mins per game for Tmac and alston is too much

By the way....some of this loss goes on JVG.....like earlier in this season, he overplayed his starters, and they ran out of gas.

I know our bench is not all that great, and unproven, but DANG you have to get some of the guys some rest......

Maybe go to the bench earlier so guys are fresher later in the game.

Offensive rebounds is the only thing that killed us tonight.
