I think Boki might actually be better served in driving to the unemployment office. Sheesh. At least he provides fouls off the bench.

I'm more concerned about Yao's struggles tonight than Boki's. Seems like he just couldn't buy a bucket, especially in the 3rd.

I heard in the chat that he banged his hand on one play (and then immediately missed 2 free throws). I hope it's nothing serious.

Sadly, I've only seen the second half since I got off work at 6:30. Luckily, Mr. DVR will allow me to study the game! Well, er, sorta luckily for this game...

    Great defense.

Yao 's 2 steals leading Rockets, followed by Tylor's 1:D

At the time of the trade I was really big on Reese Gaines, but after watching him this preseason I believe he would really benefit from some NBDL time. I think he really needs time and opportunity to adjust to the NBA game. He has talent.

Three things I've learned this game:

    1. Why Reece Gaines couldn't even get off the bench on the worst team in the league. He is terrible.

    2. Boki IS, in fact, worse than Moochie.

    3. Our depth is pretty much as bad as most people are proclaiming it.

I really think we need to make some moves for a deeper bench but I just don't see how we can do it. The only person on our bench whom we can afford to lose + might be somewhat desirable to somebody is Mo Taylor. We can't afford to get rid of Mutumbo or Lue unless we're exchanging them for another center or point guard. Guys like Bowen and Padgett are nice hustle guys but I don't think they have too many GM's around the league salivating... not that Lue or Mutumbo do either... gah....

Ummmm........Whatever, I love when people open their mouths (in this case reply) and don't know WTF they're talking about. First of all the first comment was sarcasm, get a clue, and the second comment is in anticipation of the "REAL" game in January, because a lot of us thought we would get a glimpse tonight. Any way, carry on.

Yea, it will help if the rumors of the Rockets trying to trade him are true. Even the Bulls broadcast mentioned the Rockets showcasing him this preseason so they can get a team to trade for him, so the better he does will certainly help this cause.
