He just looks lost more than anything.

It's hard to really tell much when a player is thinking so much just about where to be on the floor.

He will get plenty of time at RGV to "find" where he needs to be. Not worried about him. It's not like we expect him to be a franchise altering player. We just need him to be solid and fit the team.

I don't understand why people are harping so much on him. It's pretty dumb.

Capela and McDaniels and the two young players I wanted to see take a step in their games and they have.

what matters is to watch the rookies and if a team has changed some things in their philosopy. That's all. Results etc don't mean nothing. Maybe in the final two or one preseason game when the scrubs have been weeded out.

Agreed. He didn't even play in summer league. These games were the first he's ever played at the NBA level.

The thing which stood out for me was one single pass from Lawson to Montrezl which wasn't even on a fast break.

Montrzel was coming through on the left and there were two defenders in close range and Lawson laid it perfectly to him.

If our bigs don't get butterfingers around the basket, Lawson is going to get them some very, very easy shots.

Also am liking the movement of the team with cuts to the basketball - however I do remember seeing that last pre-season as well and it sort of went by the wayside when the real season started.
