you have to play defense. good defensive teams have their defense to rely on when their shot is not falling, but with the rockets if our shot isn't falling then teams just pull away form us.
Can we see some more TWill? I know he didn't play that great a first half, but he's at least a play-maker on both ends in terms of explosiveness to spark a team when you're down as much as we are. This is frustrating..
Yep, good defense is also getting the other guy out of the game. Howard's last shot attempt was another post up where he couldn't get close to the rim to finish. This is good defense. Howard tried two spin moves on Hill, both resulted in 0 points. One was knocked away and Hill even blocked one of Howards attempts.. Seriously how anyone can say he is not playing good defense....
Our main goal of this game right now if to not allow J-Rich to have a perfect game on us. At least do that for me, Rockets....
I didnt expect a win. I do expect our boyz to compete though. You dont need talent on the roster to comepte. Just heart. But now it is becoming more and more obvious that this team does not have heart either. Aldeman killed our identity. JVG didnt take us to the promiseland either but he held our identity intact the whole time her was here. Even added to it. Now Aldeman has come along and turned us into school girls.
