There doesn't need to be time on the clock when the ball goes in, it needs to leave his hand. And I love Yao but your "Yee Haws" are enough to turn me off him.
I don't really understand why RA keeps taking Yao out in the last defensive play. Yao can block the lane, and the ref is less likely to call a foul on him in the last few seconds. In this game and the other game we lost (suddenly forget which one) the guy who replaced Yao both didn't fare better. Can somebody knowledgeable enough explain to me?
Yes! Rockets get away with one. The last call just as a make up for all the bad calls against Rockets all game long. DH foul at least 3 time before he finally fouled out. One was a push on Shane, another was push on Yao's lay up, then hit Yao's elbow on the shot.
Those 3 whistle guys couldnt wait to go home, what a horrible game and there are much better things to do on a Friday night. Clutch, give it up for your boy Rafer.
Great win!!! the last play was much better then watching Yao create on his own. Higher % shot. Plus who the hell (Magic included) would expect Rafter to take it all the way to the hole??? Guys, I'm feeling much much MUCH better about our PG situation. If Rafer can keep this up when Tmac is back -we're instantly a 10 win better team. Its amazing what confidence can do to a persons game eh? AB is amazing off the bench and provides a great change of pace and energy. Him and SCOLA provide a good punch when the starters sit. The team is really coming together. My hope is that Tmac can fit in seemlessly with whats been happening the last week or so.
I'm a homer as much as anyone, but anyone that BELIEVES in that call is just stupid. I'm happy they gave the decision to the Rockets, but at least I acknowledge it was a bogus call. If we were in the Magics' situation, we would be livid right now. Hell I bet the Magic's forum is planning an assassination on the 3 refs right now
