Kerr needs to get off the Michael Jordan gravy-train he's been on since 1996. Since then, he's compared every guard/forward to him, and every big man to Duncan. Its a spoon sighting!
where the hell are these rockets all the time? guards hitting all their jumpers. yao abusing guys. barry pulling up for 18 footers on the break and hitting them like nothing. now driving and flipping up runners over howard like steve nash. and if his last post up didn't show it, there's one big weakness of howard's, his hands. dude can't post up mostly right now (thus not abusing our pf's) b/c he can't hold on to the ball for crap. he just blocked juwan and then just dropped the ball out of bounds essentially uncontested. it's hard to ever remember orlando looking this disjointed at home. and i still say cato's throwing the game. did you see his 3rd foul? the main thing that bothers yao is physicality so cato, a physical guy, just backs off of him and lets him spin unabated then tries a block where he fouls him.
gooo ROCKETS..... i know there are some SOF fans here wish hte magic win to prove a point.. but they do look bad so far i hope it stays this way. GOO TMAC.. GO YAO!! GOO SLOOW ASS STRICKLAND (he looks just as slow as Mark Jackson did last year) sigh
watching this interview, i just realized i have never seen weisbrod until right now. for some reason i always thought he had black hair and a meaner face. how have i not seen this self promoter until this point. i think i could score on the orlando centers tonight.
sheesh...after watching this TNT telecast I feel like I should take a shower after watching TMac play all season...
Its honestly super-soft defense by the Magic. Look how easy Yao is getting position, and they don't double him till really late in the paint. Also, nobody knows what they want to do on a pick and roll. Uh-oh... Steve with a 3 point play... and Kerr is going nuts.
I don't mind him or his team succeeding the other 81 games as much... but when they play Houston, and you bleed Rockets red, you don't root for any opposing player... ever.
One thing Yao is very consistent at is making Andrew DeClercq his b****. He owns him every game it seems.
Could anyone please explain this? (5:27) [ORL] DeClercq Foul: Shooting (1 PF) (5:27) [TBD -] Free Throw 1 of 2 (1 PTS) (5:27) [HOU 46-32] Ming Free Throw 2 of 2 (10 PTS) Does Yao hit the first FT?
If it weren't for DeClercq... T-Mac may have never wanted to come here. When we win our future ring, he gets a cut of the playoff share.
