Why didn't Orlando put newly acquired Defenseive ace Christie that they vastly overtraded for on Sura? IIRC Hill was on Tmac.

Or did they? I know sura was guarding francis but did francis guard sura ? I thought I saw Francis on Wesley or no?

if mike bibby could hit a layup or catch a pass mobley would have 2 more assists right now.

Steve! It's ok man. Your coming here in a few weeks right? You almost lost it a couple of times with those T's...but you played good overall.

Francis was good.... but Hill was obviously gassed at trying to keep up with T-Mac on defense (he actually did a pretty good job).

Francis could be scary good.... he could get to the hole every single time if he wanted, and at least draw a foul... and if he's doubled, he has enough court vision to find the open man.

Frankly, the Magic looked more like a JVG-team on offense tonight. There were no fast breaks, a lot of dribble drive and dish, steve was constantly pick and rolling, and the never-ending Cato-Francis alley-oop.

As for Steve's defense (and the rest of his team's defense)... we'll leave that for another post.

Good win by the Rockets! I think they brought Strickland in to make Sura and Wesley work harder for playing time. Good move by CD. It showed tonight with Sura one assist away from a triple double. Hopefully, he can keep up that intensity.

Yao was still poor on the defensive board - it was pathetic to see those balls just role through his hands in Cato's and Howard's. Maybe he was too tensed ;)

Francis is not a winner. He is great athlete but one who cannot matter his team win anything or even better. His team missed Mobley tonight a good deal though. Francis failed to realize what he had in Yao - he got caught in himself thanks in large part to RudyT. Tmac outsmarted him and stole his "place" here in H-town. Tmac and Yao will win at least a championship together before it is said and done; I am almost certain Francis does not unless he gravy-trains like Mitch Richmond and Glen Rice.

How sweet it is! Sura is a junkyard dog! He is tough, mean, relentless, and, did I say MEAN. I love his game.

Francis played well; seems to have made some improvements in his game. His jumper has definitely improved.

TMac and Ming, great games. I am a proud fan tonight.

I'm glad we have this guy...hopefully his knee will hold up and we can gel and make a run at a higher seed...

I don't like rooting against Francis, particularly when he plays smart and hard. Best scenario for the night was that he'd have a great game and we'd still get the win. So I'm happy all around.

Sura with a great performance, when you just know he was hurtin'. You gotta love the guy.

What a strange game to watch. We're lucky Mobes got traded, but I would have liked to have seen Cat in this dog fight as well. Bizzaro world!

It sucks though that if Sura gets injured or even has a bad game (like against the Pacers) then we have a very little chance of winning even against average teams in this league.

I want to see how Sura plays tomorrow night against the Knicks. He played alot of mins tonight and his knee might be hurting. If he can give us 10-15 pts i would expect another win.

    Great game, both sides......

but it was hilarious to see Francis run off without the ball a few times. That drove me crazy when he used to do that here.

One of the worst losses I have ever seen as a Rockets fan was earlier this year against the Knicks and Crawford hitting that shot. It was so bad that Charles Barkley was angry!

Please dont lose to the Knicks!

That's not uncommon even for good teams. Look at Phoenix and Minnesota.
