    I for one think the two teams are quite evenly matched, at least on paper, but all we are doing here is talking on paper, right?
    Brooks <> Fisher (speed vs veteranship)
    Artest <<< Bryant
    Battier > Ariza
    Scola < Gasol
    Yao >> Bynum
    Bench: they have Odom, but we also have a few solid contributors in Landry, Lowry, Wafer, and Hayes. Slight edge to Rockets, especially if Odom starts.
    Coach: slight edge to Lakers, just because Jackson has 9 rings.
    Intangibles: they have one of the top three players in the league, and that guy is a great closer. The Rockets have nothing to lose and may surprise people. Lakers have the edge.
    Key to the series is point guard play. If Brooks outplays Fisher, Rockets have a good chance. Yao has to stay on the court, so no foul trouble please.
    If the series can stretch to 7 games, everything can happen. By that time, Bryant could have been worn out by Battier/Artest.
    Be physical, that's the strategy!

    I DO NOT LIKE these guys...at all.
    I can't say I 'hate' them.

    'Hate' is a lovely emotion reserved for Spurs and The j*zz.

    ****, it keeps looking more and more like Celts vs Magic is going to go into OT.
    AND I'm pretty positive that the game isn't on MY20 Tonight for some odd reason. At least on my guide it doesn't say it is but last time it didnt say it was either and it was.

    Welcome to Tinseltown, Rocket fans! Fasten your seat belts as the Lake Show promises to deliver. Starring "The Black Mamaba!!!". Careful Artest. You know what happens when you tangle with the Mamba and it' not good. It should be a physical series. Don't worry about 0-4 record against the Lakers this regular season.
