True, I keep forgetting how shorthanded we're now. Expecting anything miraculous out of these young guys against arguably the best in the NBA -> unrealistic.

    Dorsey > Cook

Cook is getting eaten up on defense. On offense he spaces the floor.

We are in a fight and I prefer Dorsey. He can play tenacious D. He's a shot blocker. On offense he can run the floor. He can set meaner picks and can crash the offensive boards.

I also think he might play better when the lights are on vs. practice since there isn't much skill to his game.

Hopefully we will make that adjustment for game 6.

Kobe 1.5 points per shot. That desperately needs to go down by .5 in a hurry.

But WTF can this team do. He'll get terrible shots in with a combo of sheer dumb luck and pure skill. More of the latter.

I think Scola will learn it eventually, but it is not helping us today. The other problem with him is that a lot of time he misses a wide open 3 pt shooters by not making the extra pass. Normally this is not an issue because he is deadly with those mid jumpers, but he is missing it today. Everyone is missing it. :(

I would for sure try Joey Dorsey by now. He plays like a big man at least. Brian Cook plays like Rafer Alston without the ball-handling.

Joey Dorsey is an athletic mobile big man, so yeah.

    Dorsey > Cook

Come on! Give our team some credit. I think they really play hard. They try hard to get the rebound and try hard to attach the rim. We have noting to lose and we definitely have a bright future. Give our guys credit.

We are missing wide open shots. Scola can't hold onto a single pass. We're turning the ball over like a hot potato.

I don't know what to say.

Man, I laughed in Cook went in. You know it's bad when he gets in so early.

    We have no bodies. :(

I was expecting for the Lakers to be much more aggressive and score more points this game.

    But our offense is horrendous.

Turn overs turn overs turn overs. Ron is so out of control in this one.

this is so pathetic, not the game, but this thread...we could lose Ron, shane and Brooks tonight to injury and some of y'all would complain if we lost the next game and start attacking this team...

NO YAO, NO DEKE, NO TMAC....understand? The last win was one of a kind, a great victory and effort, but it's not going to happen consistently, all the lakers needed was to wake up, we can still take this game to 7, maybe even win it, but it's going to take something very special to do it, dont start b****in because we can't do the almost impossible..
