It is THE trademark move by a player on this team. I don't think anything gets the fans more excited, not even a T-Mac dunk:D

Rockets are going to crush these dudes. Their shooting could and will cool down, but I don't see the Lakers heating up on offense with the way the Rockets are playing defense. Finally a fun game to watch.

:D :D :D Poor Butler, three shots blocked by Yao and one shot blocked by Deke, only 2 out of 8

It doesn't even suprise me anymore.... I never thought he was this good until I watched him this year.

I can only imagine how great he was in his heyday, when he was playing 35 minutes a game... probably clogging up lanes galore.

Hakeem will, and always will be, the best ever... but Deke gets his blocks straight up against a guy, which is different from a lot of Hakeem's (he was a weak-side blocker... which is actually a lot harder, and more valuable).

    Deke is crushing the interior!

T-Mac would usually dunk that alley oop but he seems hurt..can't even run

Since this is the Masters week, in honor of Fuzzy, I'd like to give a tribute to Yao: The little Chinese boy is doing well, he's shooting well, he's passing well, he's rejecting well, so you know what you do when he gets in, you pat him on the back, say congratulations and tell him not to serve shrimp fried rice or egg roll....... or whatever the hell those people served!:)

Deke was awesome when he was younger. He carried his #8 Nuggets to a HUGE 1st round upset of the Sonics during those years when they were contenders for the FInals every year

Nick, I used to follow Deke when he was with Denver since 92, he was (still is in spurts) no doubt a monster on the defensive end, one of my favorite players!

I know this is way premature but does anyone know how many days players will have off before the playoffs ?

Just wondering because it really looks like our players could use as much rest as they can get.

    Ya, I know, wishful thinking.:(

I don't know what we will do without a healthy McGrady out there man. He is pouring it all on the court, I can't ask for more. But if we even make the playoffs, what the hell is the use if the guy doesn't even look 60% out there? The knees are probably THE most crucial part of the body for an athletic guy like McGrady, who depends a lot on his jumping abilities to make shots, be quick and stick with defenders, etc.

This is not good man, the playoffs are meaningless without McGrady healthy. tendinitis doesn't heal in a weak or even two, I don't know what kind of medication he would be on now, but clearly it ain't helping

heh, I still remember the image of Deke lying on the floor, crying his heart out while hugging that ball. ahh those were the days when a Sunday meant 9 straight hours of basketball on NBC.
