This team needs to play a perfect game, FLAWLESS, to beat a team like the Lakers, but we are too incompetent and stupid to ever play without mutiple careless unforce turnovers.
Im pretty sure Adelman is trying to condition Yao for the playoff run. I don't imagine Yao will be on the bench in playoffs much at all. Its a decent strategy, limit his minutes all year then ramp them up towards the playoffs.
I know it's not popular to say anything negative about the Chuckwagon here, but I'll state the obvious and say he makes me miss Carl Landry a whole lot when it comes to needing offense versus these elite teams.
seriously dikembe could probably guard gasol while he's in the game, give yao some rest. i'm going to be pissed if yao ends up playing 40 minutes and is gassed in the fourth. i'm especially going to pissed at yao if he chokes in the 4th and turns the ball over. the guards need to stop bounce passing it to him and just throw to him. yao is too ****ing slow and, how do you say, too ****ing slow. he can't seal off his man to save his life.
Yao needs to rest but i'm worried about where our offense will come from when he's on the bench. dude is flat out abusing gasol offensively
Is it just me, or has wafer been playing bad lately? besides making shots, he has played pretty bad on passing, where to go, defense, fouls...etc....not hating on him, i still like him, but just wondering if hes on a slump
