He burned his britches with the refs earlier in the regular season when he got tossed from a few games...

Word got around not to give him superstar calls anymore.

Or because the Rockets are shooting 50 something percent for the half.

it's sure is fun to see karla getting thrown not once, but twice, in this series on clean blocks. and by a small forward and a shooting guard. maybe they could've called a foul on cato but mobley got that shot clean. beautiful.

when did we have an 11 point lead choujie?

a.) too much spittle will be all over the equipment, thus causing several malfunctions.

b.) when Sam gets excited, he starts to speak faster than his mouth can really move... words will be incoherent.

c.) What's that saying... "face made for radio..." :D

Along that point, however, has there been any player in league history, who's played as little for one team, yet will ALWAYS be associated with them?

Sam will forever be only a Houston Rocket, and people will forget down the road that he only spent his first two years here.

Of course if he gets a dynasty in Minnesota, that will soon change...

No one expecting Rockets would lead after 1st half, now they really did it. I am proud of them in spite of the crazy TOs.

So, why the heck did JJ shoot so much? He's just not hitting ...

The key to our defense it that Karl Malone was not hitting any of those open jumpers he hit in Houston.

ANOTHER turnover for JJ when he brings it up the court... we may need to change that play up.

Mike D said awhile ago that we'd have a double digit lead if it wasn't for the turnovers. Too true.

You can tell that Mike D has got some love for our team... no wonder he patiently waited by the phone while the Rockets front office dragged him along, when he never really had a real shot at the job (not that I wanted them to hire Dunleavy... i just admired his zeal to coach our team).

he's even criticized Yao a little more than other commentators, in a coaching/fatherly way.
