Didn't watch the game. Can we blame Stern and the refs for this loss and move on?

Why would anyone touch that topic when it holds no relevance to basketball?

We move the ball in transition and that is how we get most of the open looks for guys like Parsons, Delfino, Lin... Lakers have two post players that cause matchup problems for us. That slowed the game down and kept us from running more.

I agree that late in the game harden held it too long. That led to bad contested shots.

Ok calm down man. All I was saying by that is this is a young, inexperienced team that struggles to score in the half court so games like this are expected.

Calling Doc, where are you? You better get on that phone with Jeremy after the game. Better yet, fly to Houston to work with Jeremy before the playoffs. :(

Rockets should hire Doc as a player developmental coach.

No, blame on the lack of execution in the last 5 minutes and OT. Horrible...

And that's where Patterson's ability to hit the mid range J is missed.. I'm afraid Morey tried to get too cute with that trade. It wasn't needed.

So you are saying a player should make his shots from those last second player. he was simply stating the fact that Lin bricked some of them because they were harden's last second pass. Are you saying this is not a fact or there are certain a facts that should not be mentioned?

I do not like mchale using harden's iso as THE play for the last few possessions. It is ridiculous .

Piss poor play from our backcourt tonight. We need an effective big down low who can take the pressure off of them.

Asik isn't going to cut it, although he did play pretty well tonight.

We will get a better PF this summer. Patterson wasn't going to make us a contender.

Lin had to force up contested 3's with a hand in his face, after Harden dribbled the ball down to only 2 seconds left and passed it to him.

McHale sat him for 12 minutes. McHale has been doing this the entire year, how do you sit a guy for THAT long. You want to know another coach who does the same thing? Dwayne Casey with Lowry. And look how Lowry has been playing this year. Particularly when he was having a good game. McHale should have put all the starters in to begin the 4th. McHale doesn't put these guys in positions to be successful consistently, he just doesn't. Delfino guarding Pau Gasol, Dmo shooting 3's, no screens being set for Harden, benching Asik & letting the opposition get critical offensive rebounds. The list is extensive. I am not even mad at Harden & Lin for struggling against Dwight, it happens he is a terrific defender & players have bad games. But getting out coached by Dantoni is hilarious.

LOL everybody knew this from the beginning. Kobe said it himself. Harden is going to get his just don't let Jeremy go off. Durant said it earlier in the season that Lin & harden are at the top of there scouting reports.

When I saw Jim Parsons chillin with Daryl Morey, I was like how cool is that, Rockets got this.. Then the choke city showed up, come on Rockets.. Let's do this for Sheldon Cooper so that he can brag about the Rockets to his Hollywood buddies.. Now time to move on to OKC and let's do this for Sheldon!!!

We have no interior scorer. We are forced into going from the perimeter. Asik did ok with a few pick&rolls with Parsons, but after the Lakers defended that better the the fountain dried up.

Lin had like one open shot (which he missed) after he came back in...the rest were either forced shots due to little time left on the shot clock, or just out of pure frustration. Doesn't mean his mechanics were off.
