Good thing the season ended here. We would have dropped out of the playoffs picture if we were to play a few more games.

 

Did you even see the game?? Blake was like 6-21 with him going off more on Beverley.
And really, the coach gets no blame here???

Hell no I have never been a McHale fan I never wanted him to coach this team when they got him !!!!!

 

Why is it that McHale kept saying move the ball, move the ball but Harden is holding the balls for entire time and then ISO? He's special because of the pay scale?

 

Not an excuse, just a fact. Lin was hot before benching, Lin was ice cold after benching.

Also small ball killed us.

 

Imagine if 1 of those 5 had gone in.

We would've won the game.

Just a horrible offensive game. Harden would just stand there and hold the ball for 8 seconds. Pass to Lin, who would also hold the ball for 8 seconds. Then jack up a fadaway contested jumper.

Can't believe how ****ty we played the second half.

Harden has to adjust his mindset. IMO, he is not MJ, nor KOBE, he doesn't have that greatness. It's hard to play with Harden, when he has the ball, what can you do ? wait for him to shoot and try to get the rebound like crazy? get out of the way or maybe he changes his mind and pass to you in the last two second ?

I like to see more ball movement, and that all starters get double / double instead of one guys scoring 30+ every night and the team loses. I think Harden is trying to show that he's the guy. I don't want that. I'd like to see team wins and that's excitement. "TEAM BASKETBALL" !!!

Serioulsy. After a time out, the only play McHale can come up with is have Harden dribble at the top of the arc for 20 seconds and then have some launch a contested jumper?

 

not for nuthin' but maybe putting the rookie Tjones in for smith or asik here and there might have helped. If lin and harden were denied the paint ALL night long and couldnt hit the side of a house, needed more postup moves perhaps? Asik is defense and smith seemed kinda out gunned by howard. just a thought. Goodnite!
