Don't take a chance with Gordon until the playoffs. Ankle sprains are hard to recover from. I don't think Ryan will be ready until the 2nd round. His shooting will be missed. Ariza will have to get going big time soon.

the fact that ryan walked off the court himself after the sprain makes me think it's not all that serious though

Really hoping we get a fully healthy and springy Eric Gordon back and throughout the playoffs. Eric Gordon at the beginning of the year driving and hitting the 3 was a luxury no one else in the league has off their bench. Gordon, Paul, Harden lineups will be something teams won't know what to do with. I really hope EG puts it all on the line this playoffs and realizes he will likely be the one that gets shipped off this summer and this is the best shot he may have at winning it all and being a significant contributor. I'd like to see him drive in and draw fouls/and-1s and be as confident doing so as he hoisting 30ft 3s. Don't throw your hands up if you don't get the call, just leave it all on the court and don't let your guy score. Sending positive vibes to EG.

Great post! There is no doubt that EG is the 3rd best overall player on our team. We can't win without him being at his best.

Was it that bad of an ankle sprain for Ryno? He's already been out nearly a week and the playoffs don't start til Saturday at the earliest. Would he seriously need more than 2 weeks to recover from it(which would allow him to play in Game 2)?

“That’s the thing,” Tucker said. “Everything about us is our state that it’s wrapped up, but we still want to be who we want to be going into the playoffs. I’m going to play. Chris (Paul) is going to play. Trevor (Ariza). We want to feel like a well-oiled machine. Even though we’ve locked up in first, we still want to go into the playoffs feeling good. It matters.”

“Definitely the one game, against the Lakers, we want to play pretty well,” D’Antoni said. “Wednesday, we’ll see and individually. We’ll do what we need to do. You have to be careful about too much rest so the first (playoff) game you come out of the chute ready to go. Some guys might want to play Wednesday, like a quarter, like a workout.”

I'll watch the first half. I stay up late anyway, plus I'll definitely be awake to see the outcome of the Jazz-Warriors game.

I mean...starters for maybe a quarter? 12 minutes? Go get sweaty, put up 35 in the 1st and get the rest of the night off.

    Super team bench squad, activate!

Something over there, release AI!!! Lakers fans say on fan site, Andre Ingram... Some guy whos been a 10 year vet for the d-league Lakers . Gonna see if he can throw up the 3 tonight against the rockets. I guess there team is desperate for a 2 game story. He only signs for 2 games. hehe Guess tonight hes gonna prove hes worth the nba against whoever the rockets put on the court. They must really be short players, nobody wants to play for this lakers team in the last 2 games.

Rockets should rest all the starters. make it , Should of called up some dleaguers to makes this a dleague type game. Piss tnt off.
