Bwahaah, I love it that Yao's FT are almost in the bank. Other big men, its like "damn, that guy's going to miss." but our big man, hell no. "damn, that guy's going to score."

Sometimes I agree with YOFs. We may have the most complete center ever. What dominant low post center has ever had over 80% FT shooting not over a season but over a career? Ima looking, but I think Yao's the one.

    Hakeem's highest was .787. Shaq's...Shaq. Robinson's hovers around 60-70%.

howard CAN'T guard odom. just as bad as snyder is on kobe. put mac in or have a small lineup w/ yao. sacrifice rebounding.

Hah, was wondering the same actually... for Rafer too, JL III was out there for a decent amount of time, and Rafer's been playing literally 24 minutes per 1st half over the last week or so.

But I think JVG is really trying to make sure that whoever is guarding Kobe has fresh legs... that's why even with both T-Mac and Kobe in the game, they've been switching who guards Kobe every few possessions -- to give 'em a quick breather...

    errrrr, stupid foul Rafer!

Being able to contain Odom will be the key of the game. Howard can't guard him. I'd rather put Battier or Snyder on him.

Btw, JHo has been terrible. The only thing "positive" he's done is rebounds, and we all know what he does to get those :/

Strong move by Yao, and he got the call. It's very simple actually... be aggressive and you'll get some calls.

How the hell can Turiaf protest that foul call? It was blatant.

Has Kobe made a SINGLE pass so far? he's definitely taking every single shot down the court, but he's shooting it well.

I will settle for the Kobe show if we can win...

Oh yeah, and Yao will match Kobe point for point tonight, just watch!

    EDIT: Battier is off. :(

JVG continues to be a complete buffoon and is letting Snyder continue to get smoked by Kobe.

HOU 5:07 Personal foul on Yao Ming
HOU 5:07 Yao Ming made 1st of 2 Free Throws (17 PTS)

JESUS, net scoreboards are seriously off the hook.
