RocketsJCF Jason Friedman Courtney Lee (flu-like symptoms) not at practice today. Brad Miller not practicing, either. Lee hasn't been playing too well lately. Possible blessing in disguise if it forces T-Will time?
I'm not glad he's sick, but I hope he isn't playing. I'm not knocking Lee...I just wasn't enthused at all about watching the same ol' rotation. BTW, the production of the bench has gone down because Brooks isn't a play-maker. Most of the time he looks for his shot first. Also why Hill sucks now...I can tell that Hill is the type of player that when he gets it going on offense, it motivates him defensively. He hustles and works harder....which doesn't make it seem like he sucks.
lol, I agree. Hopefully Williams will get some time. If he comes off the bench, he would be the only player that could create for others.
I doubted the Rockets the last time they played the Celtics... not going to do it this time against the Lakers... or maybe I should.
BUT. He would have a good opportunity to show his D skills against Kobe, while Shane rests. This is what could give Adelman some reasons to give him a chance, more than his offensive game.
Memphis continues to win so if the Rox want to hold on to their fantasy about the playoffs they better pull off 1 of the next 2 games or Sat night the Griz will be going for the death blow.
I think Lee should be traded. Seems like a nice guy and all, but I don't think he fits in very well or is very productive for the team. He also has a really inconsistent jumper that banks off the rim 90% of the time.
I got this bad feeling the Lakers are going to completely dominate Houston. After all the Kobe trying to carry his team and forgetting his big men criticism of the last few days, I'm sure he is going to be looking to get his bigs involved and of course Bynum is coming back just in time to play our midget big lineup. That team got embarrassed by Boston and they would love nothing more than to just come in an dominate Houston in a very favorable matchup for them.
Love how so many guys here are expecting double-digit wins against playoff-teams but expect losses vs. above .500 teams.
I think this just means more means for Brooks at SG possibly Battier. Ish will play before T-will...hope he plays though.
