Why we lose 2 close games in a row? If we don't have answers, we'll keep heartbroken.
    1. JVG overused Yao. A fatigue Yao is impossible to bring us victory.
    2. Not let JL3 play instead of having Alston exhausted.
    3. Tolerating Alston keep bricking.
    4. Poor strategy playing in last secs. Don't they practice ever?

I hope Yao and T-mac's talent does not inhibit the development of JVG's creativity. We need chances, but we need more wisdom, more prepared mind!

I know Tmac is great. I like him.

But if he is still easy to injured, I'd like to trade him. That's good for our team. Otherwise, there is no hope and just waste Yao's career.

Trade him to whom? If he can't play for us because he's injured, please explain why anyone else who trade for a player who wouldn't be able to play for them as well.

one thing is evident from this horrible game...Rafer Alston needs to be benched...that guy is horrible...i cna't stand watching him play...why doesn't JVG see this...he looks for his shot and not pass....
Also what is up with Head fouling away from the ball with less than 2 mins...thats coaching fault and Head's fault....he is a good player but looks like he couldn't add 2+2..he doesn't play smart probablyh because he isn't but those are mental mistakes that must stop.....

I was actually thinking that he should have been in late, when Rafer was stinking things up. (not that Luther wasn't attempting to keep up with him in the bonehead play department... 2nd year boogums for a night) It would have given the Rocks a different look in the backcourt, which was busy falling apart. It's also testimony of how thin our backcourt is with Tracy and Snyder out. Alston and Head lose their legs, lose their brains (they'd already lost in the size department), and a game we should have won goes in the toilet. Don't know if Lucas would have helped us pull it out, but it was worth a try. Billy just keeps making mistakes regardless of what the score is, far too often. He has a ways to go to catch up to the NBA game. Lucas is far ahead in that department.

Well they gave us that block that should have been goal tending, and that let us survive till overtime. SO I can't complain that much I guess?

Yao's last shot before 2OT, he was fouled by Kwame Brown, again a no-call.

But we would have never gotten to OT if they called that should-have-been-goaltend call.

No bias, just stating the facts...

Too much negativity around here :(

I promise that I will not care nor complain about anything, even if we lose 10 times in a row. My only hope though is that Rockets will be in the playoff, T-Mac is healthy and at good form in playoff, Bonzi is shaped up well and ready for playoff, and maybe we got some bonus with a new point guard. If this wish is granted, we'll have a chance as good as anyone.

    That's all... and peace everyone.....

T-MAC is our pg. No matter how good a team is, lossing a pg require time to adjust. Remember 2 seasons ago? When Nash is out, Suns lost 5 in a row. Give some time to Rocket, we are becoming a great team. Those 3 losses are respectable loss.

ok, the problem is, small forward doing what pg is doing, then what's the point guard's job? you gotta admit rafer doesnt cannot defend 1 on 1, and he isn't strong enough to finish layups or fastbreaks. He attempts almost 7 three pointers and is shooting under 37%. If Tmac's our playmaker, then I'm more worried since you don't know when the back spasm would come back. Losing an all-star swingman hurts, but missing an all-star swingman + team's playmaker is even worse. We are short on two positions as tmac goes down. Imagine if we get to the first round and this happens?
Bottom line : as long as we don't find quality PG to start ahead of Rafer, We will not get any further with a bad back tmac.

JVG's an idiot. He justs need to yell DOUBLE. What a genious idea to yell Fire which sounds awfully like Foul in a noisy arena. Head must have been mind phuked by JVG.

Think about the game in this way folks. Before the game, none of us (at least those who think) thought that we could even have a chance to win this. We had a 20 point lead until Kobe went crazy, and when he heats up, there no team in the world that can stop him. We pushed a good Lakers team to 2 OT, and Yao got a back-to-back 35-15, while Kobe went for 53 points (nothing unusual). All we need is some small adjustments and we can win games without T-Mac.

We lost this game b/c of 3 reason.

    1. We were out coach big time during crunch time(zone defense, WTF?). When will JVG ever learn to defend the damn three point line?!? We are the worst at this.

    2. Rafer Alston. I'm tired of defending this out of control freak. He folds under pressure, takes bad shots and can't run the point. He needs to calm down and quit running around like a monkey with the clock winding down only to throw up a desperation shot.

    3. Guards turnover(21+)

We easily could've won our last 3 game if we had just executed our plays and not turning the ball over, that is the most disappointing part. Its pretty sad really.

    We still lost despite:
-leading by 20 at half time(nothing new here).
    -No Lamar Odom
-Yao had a huge game with 38/18/8, a career high in blks.

That's a message to JVG that something is seriously wrong. T-Mac, get well soon, we need you to save us....

Thanks. That reduces the sting a little. Still, when you're up by 21 points in a game, and leading virtually the whole way in regulation, I hate it that we can't close it out. And we're making the same mistakes game after game. At the end of games, when the other team turns up the pressure, we can't match their intensity and we don't play smart. We're soft, and it's the reason we don't play well against the good teams. We need to make significant improvements if we want to be a factor at all in the playoffs.

What is new for JVG's team?

They can beat the weak teams because those problems are not a big deal.
For the strong teams, those problems can not be happened. Too bad, Rockets will not going to win a tittle with TMac or without TMac as long as Rafer is the man for JVG.
