he has been playing great the past 10-15 games

for right now he does not look like he's on the court

which is a good thing for us

    great first half

we came in focused and played focused both quarters....

Mutombo, Yao and Battier played their best

Head is just looking great, he is getting more aggressive each game

Howard is solid like he has been the past 10 games

this team, if we play this kind a game, we can get the championship

Bench is definitely a factor for this game. I love the way Bonzi is playing, even with the turnovers.

This is one of the rare games I get to watch live on TV. Let me tell you the team looks great, even Bonzi looked like he had a step. However, Rafer needs to really stop looking for that 3pt shot. He should ONLY shot when there is no other option.

Rafer please please stop shooting. Drive to the bucket and open the shots for Head, Battier, and oh yeah YAO!!

Come on now. 20 pt leads are nothing in the NBA. We should know that by now.

    GO ROCKETS!!

    Wow,

What a first half for Rox!

This credit goes to Jeff first. For sure, it won't be a easy game tonight, but
i am very positive due to each one's high energy. So far Yao has one foul only. Come on guys, let's revange Lakers right now ...

I am glad we have the lead, but I hope we can keep it up and put them away early. I don't want the spectre of lost leads of games past to come back and haunt us. Not after the way we played the first half.

man, if bonzi can do this when tmac gets back... we'll have a real offense when the big 2 are on the bench. opens it ALLL up..

2nd half wish tonight--luther gets himself freed for some open J's somehow.

Whole team is clicking. Did JLIII overtake Spanoulis in the rotation? Or is it just that Spanoulis was backing up the 2, and now that's Bonzi? And Luther was backing up the 1...but now he's starting.?

Shane's playing as well has he has all season. Today is the reason the trade was made.

Yao, please give me a triple double!

I liked what Bonzi did early in the game. He hit his first two shots from posting up. He had a few assist and I love the way they were letting him post up anyone.

Shane Battier = Kobe stopper. lol... JK but he's doing a great job.

He is American and that is all you need to know. What does interview skills have to do with not being African American? Watch what you say...

Bynum is totally different than Kwame. He has good hands, is lanky and has some offensive finesse and touch. But he will never be near as strong as Kwame.

As the other poster pointed out, Kwame is exceptionally strong, almost freakish. He has very few instincts about playing basketball though. His upside is limited. At this point, he and Bynum are an adequate tandem.

I'm not disputing that however the only thing he goes to is posting up of Luther. I understand he's a great outside shooter though.

Yeah, thats what I am worried about. They destroyed us in the 3rd back in Houston. I hope that doesn't happen tonight.

Van Gundy should get his due. He really had these guys prepared and ready at least for the first half. Obviously, back to backs have been hell hopefully the energy spills over into the second half. Lakers are a great third quarter team.
